The purpose of this study is to determine the proportion of patients who are undergoing Biventricular (BiV) Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) implantation in whom optimization of atrioventricular (AV) delay is not possible due to prolonged inter-atrial/intra-atrial delay. These patients would benefit from left atrial pacing, and if a significant number of patients fall into this group, it may be beneficial to develop a left atrial lead.

This is a phase IV prospective trial to collect and analyze information about the maternal pharmacokinetics of amlodipine besylate at the time of delivery and during postpartum lactation. The study will also evaluate amlodipine concentrations in the infants of breastfeeding mothers who are taking amlodipine besylate for treatment chronic hypertension.

This study is being done to determine if an investigational study drug called Omegaven can help to improve liver disease thought to be caused by Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN). TPN is intravenous feeding (IV feeding tube) that provides patients the nutrients when they are unable to drink fluid or eat food by mouth.
