This is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study of the efficacy and safety of apremilast (CC-10004) in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis of the scalp. Approximately 300 subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis of the scalp will be randomized 2:1 to receive either apremilast 30 mg twice daily (BID) or placebo for the first 16 weeks.
NCT03065712
This study will formally address the hypothesis that FES-PET/CT measurement of ER expression predicts clinical benefit of first-line endocrine therapy in newly diagnosed ER+ metastatic breast cancer patients and establishes the repeatability of FES PET/CT.
NCT01081015
The purpose of the Connect™ Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Disease Registry is to explore the history and real world management of patients diagnosed with CLL, provide insight into the management of CLL, and evaluate the effectiveness of first, second and subsequent therapeutic strategies employed in both the community and academic settings.
NCT01925768
The purpose of this study is to determine whether apremilast is safe and effective for treating patients with psoriatic arthritis.
NCT01285310
The purpose of this study is to determine whether Apremilast is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, specifically in improving signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (tender and swollen joints, pain, physical function and structure) in treated patients who have had an inadequate response to Methotrexate.
NCT03238079
The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile of the investigational medicinal product (IMP) and to determine, on the basis of historical control data, how it compares with other 10% intravenous immunoglobulin (IGIV) products currently licensed in North America for the treatment of subjects with primary immune deficiency diseases (PIDD).
NCT02210780
This was a 32-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study assessing immunization responses to vaccination in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who are treated with subcutaneous dupilumab.
NCT02666664
The purpose of this study is to see if ETC-1002 (bempedoic acid) is safe and well-tolerated versus placebo in patients with high cardiovascular risk and elevated LDL cholesterol that is not adequately controlled by their current therapy.
NCT00052910
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Combining chemotherapy with radiation therapy after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells following surgery. It is not yet known which chemotherapy and radiation therapy regimen is more effective in treating stomach or esophageal cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare two different chemotherapy and radiation therapy regimens in treating patients who have undergone surgery for stomach or esophageal cancer.
NCT01583374
Apremilast is a new, orally available, small molecule drug that specifically inhibits phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), an enzyme that modulates inflammatory cytokines. This clinical study tests whether apremilast can improve the signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis.
NCT02654769
The objective of this study was to evaluate the safety and therapeutic equivalence of generic ingenol mebutate gel, 0.05% to Picato gel, 0.05% and to establish the superiority of the efficacy of these two products over the vehicle gel in the treatment of Actinic Keratosis (AK) on the trunk or extremities.
NCT01852058
This study will evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of onabotulinumtoxinA (botulinum toxin Type A; BOTOX®) for the treatment of urinary incontinence due to neurogenic detrusor overactivity in participants who successfully completed Study 191622-120 (NCT01852045).
NCT02223052
This is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter, randomized, 2-stage crossover study consisting of 2 phases: Stage I - Pharmacokinetics (Bioequivalence), with an Extension Stage II - Pharmacokinetics (Food Effect) with an Extension This study will enroll approximately 60 subjects in stage I and 60 subjects in stage II with hematologic or solid tumor malignancies, excluding gastrointestinal tumors and tumors that have originated or metastasized to the liver for which no standard treatment exists or have progressed or recurred following prior therapy. Subjects must not be eligible for therapy of higher curative potential where an alternative treatment has been shown to prolong survival in an analogous population. Approximately 23 sites in the US and 2 in Canada will participate in this study.
NCT00462761
Patients received oral AC220 daily for 14 days to study the side effects, tolerability and best dose for treating relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, regardless of FLT3 status.
NCT02289417
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and tolerability of apremilast (30 mg twice daily \[BID\] and 40 mg BID), compared with placebo, in participants with active Ulcerative Colitis (UC).
NCT02874989
The study team hypothesizes that intermittent (3 doses administered over 3 consecutive days in 3 consecutive weeks) oral administration of combination Dasatinib (100 mg/d) + Quercetin (1250 mg/d) will be safe and well tolerated in patients with IPF. Treatment with D+Q will result in reduced abundance of pro-inflammatory cells within subjects over baseline. Finally, the reduction in biomarkers of cellular pro-inflammatory state will be related to no change in functional and patient reported outcomes.
NCT00462488
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of Vicinium when administered as a monotherapy intravesical instillation in patients with non-invasive urothelial carcinoma in situ (CIS) who failed previous treatment with Bacille Calmette Guérin (BCG).
NCT02174172
This global, multicenter, open-label study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of atezolizumab in combination with other immune-modulating therapies in the treatment of selected advanced or metastatic malignancies. The atezolizumab plus ipilimumab arm (Arm A) will focus primarily on participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The atezolizumab plus interferon alfa-2b arm (Arm B), plus pegylated interferon alfa-2a (PEG-interferon alfa-2a, Arm C), and atezolizumab plus PEG-interferon Alfa-2a plus bevacizumab (Arm D) will enroll participants with advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC), metastatic NSCLC and melanoma. The atezolizumab plus obinutuzumab) (Arm E) will enroll participants with recurrent and/or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Atezolizumab will be administered as intravenous (IV) infusion every 3 weeks (q3w).
NCT04006691
This trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of UGN-101 administered to the upper urinary tract (UUT) in patients who were treated in Trial TC-UT-03, found to be a complete response (CR) at the Primary Disease Evaluation (PDE) 1 Visit and are subsequently found to have a documented recurrence of low grade (LG) upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) at follow up (FU).
NCT03077919
