This is a non-interventional study to assess the prevalence of endogenous hypercortisolism (eHC) in patients with resistant hypertension (rHTN) and will enroll approximately 1000 patients at approximately 45 sites in the United States (US). Each patient will have an initial visit for screening. After eligibility is confirmed, a limited exam will be performed and demographic and medical history will be collected. Non-fasting labs and a urine collection will also be done. A second visit will be a fasting blood draw at 8 AM after taking 1 mg of dexamethasone the night before at 11 PM. Cortisol level and study labs will also be collected. After the lab results are obtained, a third visit will be scheduled only for patients with eHC and will include a non-fasting blood draw at 8 AM and scheduling of a non-contrast CT scan.

This study is open to adults with different types of advanced or metastatic cancer (including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and bile duct cancer). This study is for people for whom previous treatment was not successful or no treatment exists. People who have a tumour with a KRAS mutation can participate in the study. A KRAS mutation makes tumours grow faster. BI 1823911 and BI 1701963 are medicines that may turn off KRAS, each in a different way. In this study, BI 1823911 is given to people for the first time. The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of BI 1823911 that people can tolerate when taken alone and together with BI 1701963. The most suitable dose is used to find out whether BI 1823911 alone and in combination with BI 1701963 can make tumours shrink. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. During this time, participants take tablets of BI 1823911 alone or in combination with BI 1701963 once a day. The doctors regularly monitor the size of the tumour. Doctors also regularly record any unwanted effects and check participant's health.

This phase III trial compares the safety and effect of adding vinorelbine to vincristine, dactinomycin, and cyclophosphamide (VAC) for the treatment of patients with high risk rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS). High risk refers to cancer that is likely to recur (come back) after treatment or spread to other parts of the body. This study will also examine if adding maintenance therapy after VAC therapy, with or without vinorelbine, will help get rid of the cancer and/or lower the chance that the cancer comes back. Vinorelbine and vincristine are in a class of medications called vinca alkaloids. They work by stopping cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Dactinomycin is a type of antibiotic that is only used in cancer chemotherapy. It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. Cyclophosphamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's DNA and may kill cancer cells. It may also lower the body's immune response. Vinorelbine, vincristine, dactinomycin and cyclophosphamide are chemotherapy medications that work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may have the potential to eliminate rhabdomyosarcoma for a long time or for the rest of patient's life.

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of subcutaneous fremanezumab in the preventive treatment of migraine in pediatric participants 6 to 17 years of age (inclusive at enrollment in the pivotal study). Secondary objectives are to evaluate the efficacy of subcutaneous fremanezumab in pediatric participants with migraine and to evaluate the immunogenicity of fremanezumab and the impact of ADAs on clinical outcomes in pediatric participants exposed to fremanezumab. The total duration of the study is planned to be up to 84 months.

Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC), also known as recurrent yeast infections, is defined as at least 3 episodes of acute VVC in the past 12 months. Several properties of oteseconazole (VT-1161) suggest that it might be a safer and more effective treatment for RVVC than other oral antifungal medicines. This study will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of oteseconazole (VT-1161) for the treatment of RVVC and consists of 2 parts. The first part of the study is a 2-week period for the treatment of the patient's current VVC episode with 3 150mg doses of fluconazole. The 2nd part consists of 12 weeks, when the patient will take either oteseconazole (VT-1161) 150 mg or a placebo (according to a random assignment), and then a 36-week follow-up period. In addition, at participating sites, an amendment to the study allows US patients who complete the initial 48 weeks without experiencing a confirmed RVVC episode to continue in a 48-week observational extension period designed to evaluate the continued effectiveness of oteseconazole (VT-1161). This study is identical to VMT-VT-1161-CL-011.

Patients with gMG who are expected to start treatment with efgartigimod at enrolment or are within their first cycle of efgartigimod at enrolment will be eligible to enroll into the efgartigimod cohort. Patients with gMG who have not been exposed to efgartigimod and for whom it is not planned to start treatment with efgartigimod at enrolment will be eligible to enroll into the non-efgartigimod cohort.

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. Despite the clinical benefit anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) therapy offers to patients with HS, there remains a significant unmet medical need for patients who fail to achieve adequate benefit with anti-TNF therapy. This study will compare lutikizumab (ABT-981) versus placebo for the treatment of adult participants with moderate to severe HS who have failed anti-TNF therapy. Lutikizumab (ABT-981) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. In the Main Study, participants will be put in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 160 adult participants with moderate to severe HS who have failed anti-TNF therapy will be enrolled in the study at approximately 50 sites worldwide. In the Sub-study, participants will be put in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Both arms will receive treatment at different dosing intervals. Around 40 adult participants with moderate to severe HS who are naïve to biologic therapy will be enrolled in the study at approximately 20 sites. In the Main Study, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab (ABT-981) or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In the Sub-study, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab (ABT-981) every week for the first 15 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 36 weeks. There will be an optional Long Term Extension (LTE) for participants who completed Week 52 of the Sub-study and, as confirmed by the investigator, have shown a therapeutic benefit to study drug. Participants would then received lutikizumab using the same assigned dosing regimen as that from Period 2 of the Sub-study for an additional 104 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires and diaries.

Adult subjects with mild to moderate and moderate ED who meet the study eligibility criteria will be enrolled in the study. The enrolled subjects will be randomized by a 1:1 ratio to receive the Active or Sham VERTICA® treatment. Baseline assessments will include collection of demographic data, medical history, concomitant medications and baseline clinical examinations. The initial treatment session will be performed in a clinical setting simulating home use to determine proper device use and to evaluate device tolerability, followed by continued home use of the device for a total of 6 months. Patients will be instructed to attempt sexual activity periodically over the course of the study. Every time a sexual intercourse is attempted, the patient will be requested to complete an event log using validated assessments. Patients will present for monthly follow-up visits, during which safety will be evaluated and additional efficacy assessments will be performed.

This is a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized withdrawal, multicenter study of the efficacy and safety of FT218. FT218 drug product is a once-nightly formulation of sodium oxybate for extended-release oral suspension. The study will enroll subjects who are diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia. Subjects will be eligible to enroll regardless of current treatment with oxybate therapy or stimulants/alerting agents at study entry. The estimated total duration of study for each subject is approximately 18 weeks, including the Screening period.

This clinical trial studies how well intensity modulated proton therapy (IMPT) or intensity modulated X-ray (radiation) therapy (IMRT) works after surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer. IMPT is a type of radiation therapy that allows for the most accurate application of proton radiation to the tumor and has the potential to reduce treatment-related side effects. IMRT is a type of 3-dimensional radiation therapy that uses computer-generated images to show the size and shape of the tumor. Thin beams of x-ray radiation of different intensities are aimed at the tumor from many angles. This type of radiation therapy reduces the damage to healthy tissue near the tumor. IMPT may work as well as IMRT after surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer.

This study is being done to find out the best time to start medication for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in HCV-negative recipients of HCV-positive (HCV D+/R-) kidney transplants. Participants will be randomized into one of two groups: Arm 1 - Prophylaxis: This group will start the HCV medication before transplant and will take a shorter course of HCV medication for 2 weeks. Arm 2 - Transmit and Treat: This group will start the HCV medication after transplant and will take the full course (12 weeks) of HCV medication.
