Despite the critical importance of identifying hospital-associated outbreaks as early as possible in order to limit their spread, there are currently no standardized methods for cluster detection. The CLUSTER Trial (Cluster Linkage Using Statistics to Trigger and Evaluate Response) will assess whether a statistically-based automated cluster detection method coupled with a robust response protocol will enable rapid containment of hospital clusters as measured by a reduction in cluster size and duration as compared to routine hospital cluster detection methods coupled with the same response protocol. This study is a prospective, multicenter, double-blind, 1:1 randomized clinical trial. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that the use of Celliant Socks increases tissue oxygenation (via oxygen saturation, StO2) and incidence of wound closure in subjects with diabetic foot ulcers. This study will use hyperspectral imaging and wound assessment to measure these outcomes. The study will enroll 254 evaluable subjects total, 127 per arm to meet the Primary Endpoint. Enrollment may continue up to twenty-five hundred (2500) evaluable subjects total to meet the Key Secondary Endpoint of complete wound closure.

Phase 2 to learn about the efficacy of palbociclib in combination with irinotecan and temozolomide when compared with irinotecan and temozolomide alone in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults with recurrent or refractory Ewing sarcoma (EWS).

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an immune-mediated disease associated with inflammation of multiple organ systems. This study will evaluate how well elsubrutinib and upadacitinib given alone or as the ABBV-599 combination (elsubrutinib/upadacitinib) works within the body, in participants who completed study M19-130. This study will assess the change in disease symptoms. ABBV-599 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). This study is "double-blinded", which means that neither the trial participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given which study drug. Study doctors put the participants into 1 of 4 groups called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Adult participants with a diagnosis of SLE will be enrolled. Around 260 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 100 sites worldwide. Participants will receive the following for up to 56 weeks: Participants will receive oral elsubrutinib capsules and/or oral upadacitinib tablets once daily for up to 56 weeks. Participants who were receiving elsubrutinib and/or upadacitnib in M19-130 will continue to receive the same treatment in this study. Participants who were receiving placebo in M19-130 will be re-randomized to one of the 2 combination treatment arms in this study. Arm 1: Elsubrutinib Dose A and Upadacitinib Dose A Arm 2: Elsubrutinib Dose A and Upadacitinib Dose B There may be higher burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend monthly visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

This is a single-arm, phase II, open-label trial to investigate the effects of selinexor (S) in combination with daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (DRd) for first-line treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). FDA has approved selinexor plus dexamethasone in multiple myeloma after four prior therapies, and DRd is also already approved by the FDA for multiple myeloma. This study will use all four (S-DRd) together to treat MM as an initial treatment.

In collaboration with approximately 8 centers that specialize in iRBD we will recruit a total of 80 individuals for the study. All subjects will be enrolled into a 2-year longitudinal study where skin biopsies will be performed at 3 sites on each patient at 12-month intervals (baseline, year 1, year 2). Plasma blood collection will be performed at 12-month intervals (baseline, year 1, year 2). Detailed quantified examination, cognitive evaluation, medical history, and questionnaires will be performed at each visit. Additional biomarker, imaging and clinical information (if available) will be obtained for the purpose of determining phenoconversion to clinically apparent synucleinopathy. Subjects enrolled in the study will have baseline evaluations and follow up visits at 12 and 24 months to define any changes to clinical diagnosis (clinical phenoconversion). Skin biopsies will be repeated at the 12- and 24-month follow up visits to determine the rate of P-SYN accumulation over time and the rates of nerve fiber degeneration within punch skin biopsies.
