NCT03257358
A study of immune phenotype biomarkers in patients with Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (RMS) after treatment with 0.5mg fingolimod
NCT03299686
An unmet medical need exists for patients with moderate and severe asthma who continue to demonstrate symptoms despite being on standard of care medications, and are not eligible for other biologic therapies developed or in development for T2-high(allergic/eosinophilic) asthma. The purpose of this study was to determine if CJM112, an anti-IL-17A antibody, displayed the clinical efficacy and safety profile to support further development in patients with inadequately controlled moderate to severe asthma with low IgE and low circulating eosinophil levels.
NCT03389893
The purpose of this study is to understand the effect that T helper 2 (Th2) blockade has on well-described pathophysiological features of Atopic Dermatitis (AD), for example: barrier, epidermal activation, dysbiosis and epidermal lipids.
NCT03305666
Rib fractures represent a common injury pattern this is highly associated with patient morbidity and mortality, as pain control remains a challenge. Even after surgical stabilization of rib fractures (SSRF), unsuccessful pain control can lead to morbid outcomes such as pneumonia and opioid dependence. Multi-modal anesthesia, with the use of thoracic epidurals and para-vertebral injections/catheters, has shown to lessen these occurrences but are subject to a wide array of limitations. A more directed therapy with liposomal bupivacaine has shown to provide sustained analgesia for up to 72 hours in patients who have undergone other types of thoracic surgery, but not SSRF. The hypothesis of the current clinical trial is that, among patients undergoing SSRF, liposomal bupivacaine delivered via video assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) is an intercostal nerve block that provides comparable analgesia to the pain catheter, as measured by pulmonary function, numeric pain scoring, and postoperative narcotic use.
NCT03560739
The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate pharmacokinetic bioequivalence of ofatumumab injected by Pre-filled Syringe (PFS) versus Auto-Injector (AI) devices and thereby establish a bridge between the ongoing Phase 3 program and the to-be-marketed drug-device combinations
NCT01825395
To learn more about the effect of 3, 4-Diaminopyridine (3,4-DAP) on patient diagnosed with Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS).
NCT01990950
This post-market study is approved by the US FDA to evaluate the long-term safety and performance of the Zenith® Fenestrated AAA Endovascular Graft.
NCT01418339
The goal of the current study is to determine efficacy and safety of once-weekly aripiprazole in reducing Total Tic Severity (TTS) score in children and adolescents with Tourette's Disorder.
NCT02798211
To demonstrate that the efficacy of secukinumab 300 mg at Week 16 was superior to placebo in adult patients with active PsA based on the proportion of patients achieving an American College of Rheumatology 20 (ACR20) response.
NCT01903837
This is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled multicenter study, which will be conducted in 2 parts. The study duration for each subject will be approximately 33 weeks and will include 25 study visits.
NCT00461981
The primary objective of this study is to describe the level of serum antibody and cellular immune responses conferred by FluMist and TIV against influenza virus strains.
NCT03163446
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy and pharmacokinetics (PK) of CF-301 in addition to background standard of care (SOC) antibacterial therapy for the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) bloodstream infections (bacteremia), including endocarditis in adults. Patients will be randomized to receive a single intravenous dose of CF-301 or placebo in addition to SOC antibacterial therapy. Patients will be prescribed standard of care antibiotics selected by the investigators based on their professional experience, practice guidelines and local antibiotic susceptibility information for the treatment of S. aureus bacteremia. CF-301 is a lysin and member of a new class of targeted protein-based antimicrobials that has demonstrated activity against S. aureus in laboratory (in vitro) and animal studies, alone and in addition to conventional antibiotics.
NCT02161718
This double-blind, randomized study will evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of ALKS 3831 in subjects with schizophrenia and alcohol use disorder (AUD).
NCT04271514
This study is a first-in-human, 3-part, multi-center, Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study with RPT193 in up to 64 healthy male and female subjects and 30 male and female patients with atopic dermatitis. RPT193 is an orally-available, potent, and selective antagonist of CCR4.
NCT00858052
The objective of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the IDEAL IMPLANT in women who are undergoing primary breast augmentation or replacement of existing saline-filled or silicone gel-filled augmentation implants.
NCT01630889
The purpose of this open-label extension study is to evaluate long-term efficacy and safety of roxadustat in maintaining hemoglobin (Hb) in participants with dialysis and non-dialysis chronic kidney disease (CKD) who have completed the Treatment Period of a roxadustat FibroGen-sponsored anemia study.
NCT02808442
This study aims to evaluate the safety and feasibility of UCART19 to induce molecular remission in pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
NCT02631850
The current proposal aims to conduct a multi-site randomized controlled trial comparing virtual-reality gaming delivery of Constraint Induced Movement therapy (CI therapy) with (1) traditional clinic-based CI therapy of equal total active therapy duration and (2) a control group equating the dose of in-person therapy. Individuals with chronic stroke will be randomized to one of four different interventions: (1) traditional clinic-based CI therapy (35 therapist/client contact hours), (2) therapist-as-consultant virtual reality CI therapy (5 therapist/client contact hours in the clinic and 15 hours of independent game play at home), (3) therapist-as-consultant virtual reality CI therapy with additional therapist contact via telerehabilitation (5 therapist/client contact hours in the clinic, 2.6 therapist contact hours via teleconference, and 15 hours of independent game play in the home), and (4) 5 hours of standard occupational therapy (OT) / physical therapy (PT). After 6-month follow-up, individuals assigned to standard OT/PT will cross over to a modified gaming therapy condition (a stand-alone application of the rehabilitation game without additional therapist contact).
NCT03664921
This study evaluates the analgesic effect of Omnitram for the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy. Each subject with diabetic neuropathy will be treated for four weeks with Omnitram and for four weeks with placebo. The order of the Omnitram and placebo treatment will be random.
NCT01549886
The objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Zevalin regimen compared to Zevalin and motexafin gadolinium in patients with rituximab-refractory, low-grade or follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). Effectiveness of the experimental regimen assessed by complete response rate within 6 months of study entry (primary endpoint), complete response rate within 3 months of study entry, and overall response rate within 6 month of study entry.
