The purpose of this research study is to learn about the effectiveness of using lower-intensity radiation and chemotherapy to treat human papillomavirus (HPV) associated low-risk oropharyngeal and/or unknown primary squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck. The cure rate for this type of cancer is estimated to be high, \> 90%. The standard treatment for this cancer is 7 weeks of radiation with 3 high doses of cisplatin. Sometimes surgery is performed afterwards. This standard regimen causes a lot of side effects and long term complications. This study is evaluating whether a lower dose of radiation and chemotherapy may provide a similar cure rate as the longer, more intensive standard regimen. Patients in this study will receive 1 less week of radiation and a lower weekly dose of chemotherapy followed by a limited surgical evaluation.

The goal of this observational study is to determine whether a marker of dead space (the end-tidal to alveolar dead space fraction \[AVDSf\]) is more strongly associated with mortality risk than markers of oxygenation abnormality (oxygenation index) and to determine whether dead space (AVDSf) is an important marker of heterogeneity in the inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) treatment effect for children with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The study aims are: 1. To validate AVDSf for risk stratification of mortality in pediatric ARDS 2. To determine if there is heterogeneity in treatment effect for iNO defined by AVDSf 3. To detect the association between AVDSf and microvascular dysfunction trajectory and whether iNO therapy modifies this association This is a prospective, multicenter observational study of 1260 mechanically ventilated children with moderate to severe ARDS. In a subgroup of 450 children with severe ARDS, longitudinal blood samples will be obtained to measure plasma protein markers.

Scarring of the lung, termed pulmonary fibrosis (PF), is a chronic, progressive, and usually fatal disorder. While two anti-fibrotic drugs have been approved for treating PF of unknown cause (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis or IPF), neither drug is curative, and nearly 40% of patients stop taking the prescribed drug within a year because of side effects. The study includes the use of saracatinib, an investigational drug originally developed to treat certain types of cancers, in the treatment of IPF in a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial. The objectives of this study are to: i) evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, and to explore the efficacy of saracatinib in IPF; ii) identify biomarkers of Src kinase activity and fibrogenesis linked to pulmonary fibrosis; and iii) explore the application of these biomarkers to assess the anti-fibrotic effect of saracatinib in IPF patients

The research will explore outcomes of different service delivery models of over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids by comparing them to prescription hearing aids fitted by specialists in individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss. The investigators will examine how each type affects users' experiences, behavior, thinking skills, and brain activity related to hearing. Additionally, the study will focus on what types of people prefer each hearing aid option, what helps or hinders these choices, and compare the costs of four different service options. This approach will help transition from research findings into real-world practice, providing useful information for healthcare providers and policymakers about OTC hearing aid options.

The overall objective of this project is to determine the interplay of salmon as a whole food and its bioactive compound astaxanthin on gut microbiome, fecal metabolome, and inflammation in obese prediabetic individuals. Our central hypothesis is that dietary bioactive astaxanthin in the form of whole food salmon will effectively reduce inflammation in obese prediabetic individuals, and favorably change the gut microbiota composition and diversity. The investigators anticipate that these changes will result in improved metabolic outcomes in obesity and type 2 diabetes. The two primary aims include: Aim 1: Assess the anti-inflammatory effect of the salmon dietary intervention and the underlying mechanisms on the change in plasma levels of inflammatory cytokines important for the host immune response. Aim 2: Identify whether the relationship between salmon consumption and decreased inflammation is mediated by the gut microbiome.

This phase II trial tests how well retifanlimab with bevacizumab and hypofractionated radiotherapy, compared to bevacizumab and hypofractionated radiotherapy alone, works in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as retifanlimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving retifanlimab with bevacizumab and hypofractionated radiotherapy may work better in treating patients with recurrent glioblastoma than bevacizumab and hypofractionated radiotherapy alone.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07220060 and PF-07104091) in people with breast cancer. This clinical study consists of 2 parts (part 1 and part 2). In part 1, we are seeking participants who: * Have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer (BC) of either types: * Have HR+, HER2- BC * Refractory HR-positive/HER2-positive BC * Have other solid tumors other than BC In part 2, we are seeking participants who: -Have HR-positive/HER2-negative BC Part 1 will include increasing doses of PF-07220060 with PF-07104091. In part 2, participants will take 1 of 2 study medicine combinations. This will help us decide the highest amount of study medicines that can be safety given to people. All participants in this study will receive PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 by mouth. We will compare participant experiences to help us determine if PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 2 years. During this time, they will receive the study medicine, an x-ray imaging, and will be observed for safety and effects of the study medicines.

This randomized phase I/II trial studies gemcitabine hydrochloride and vismodegib to see how well they work compared with gemcitabine hydrochloride alone in treating patients with recurrent or metastatic pancreatic cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Vismodegib may slow the growth of tumor cells. It is not yet known whether giving gemcitabine hydrochloride together with vismodegib is more effective than gemcitabine hydrochloride alone in treating patients with pancreatic cancer.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of exogenous gene transfer in DMD participants by measuring biological and clinical endpoints in three parts: two 48-week randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled periods (Part 1 and Part 2), and an open-label follow-up period (Part 3). Participants who are randomized to placebo in Part 1 will have the opportunity for treatment with delandistrogene moxeparvovec in Part 2. In order to provide a uniform approach to monitoring long-term safety and efficacy in participants who received SRP-9001 in a clinical trial, the Sponsor has amended Study Completion for this study to occur at Week 130. Therefore, participants have transitioned and will complete the remainder of the Part 3 follow up visits in a long-term extension study, SRP-9001-305 (NCT05967351).
