NCT00490139
This was a four-arm (parallel group) randomized, open-label, multicenter Phase 3 study to investigate the use of a combination of Lapatinib and Trastuzumab, a sequence of Trastuzumab followed by Lapatinib, and Lapatinib alone, compared to Trastuzumab alone in the adjuvant treatment of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) positive early breast cancer.
NCT03734640
OPTIMISTmain is an investigator-initiated and conducted, international, multicentre, stepped wedge cluster randomized controlled trial comparing the effects of different intensities of nursing care monitoring for patients with acute ischemic stroke of mild severity and without critical care needs after IV-tPA.
NCT01957722
This study is to compare NOVOCART 3D relative to Microfracture for the treatment of knee cartilage defects. Efficacy will be evaluated by both pain and function. Safety will also be evaluated.
NCT04564183
This study plans to learn more about pulmonary fibrosis and how it develops. We want to determine if the disease can be detected early, before the lung is permanently scarred. This study will enroll participants who are not currently diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, but who have family members with pulmonary fibrosis. Because there is an increased risk within affected families, this cohort will allow us to learn how pulmonary fibrosis develops, and how the lungs change over time.
NCT02994927
The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of CCX168 (avacopan) to induce and sustain remission in patients with active anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV), when used in combination with cyclophosphamide followed by azathioprine, or in combination with rituximab.
NCT04199689
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, immunogenicity and safety of the 9vHPV vaccine in men 20 to 45 years of age. The primary hypothesis tested after the primary database lock is that administration of a 3-dose regimen of 9vHPV vaccine will reduce the incidence of human papillomavirus (HPV) 16/18/31/33/45/52/58-related oral persistent infection (6 months or longer) compared with placebo. There will also be an Extension Study to offer an opportunity to complete the 3 dose regimen of 9vHPV vaccine for participants who received placebo in the Base Study, or received less than 3 doses of 9vHPV vaccine in the Base Study.
NCT03631784
This is a trial in adult participants with unresectable, locally advanced, Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with pembrolizumab in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy and standard thoracic radiotherapy followed by pembrolizumab monotherapy. The primary hypothesis of the trial is that within each platinum doublet chemotherapy cohort, the percentage of participants who develop Grade 3 or higher pneumonitis is ≤10% and estimation of objective response rate (ORR) by blinded independent central review (BICR).
NCT04291105
This is a Phase 2 study designed to determine the preliminary anti-tumor activity and confirm the safety of VV1 in combination with cemiplimab. The study will enroll patients with three distinct separate tumor cohorts. The cancers types are colorectal, head and neck carcinoma, and melanoma that are progressing on CPI treatment.
NCT03241459
To demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the SurVeil Drug-Coated Balloon (DCB) for treatment of subjects with symptomatic peripheral artery disease (PAD) due to stenosis of the femoral and/or popliteal arteries.
NCT05335122
To assess efficacy, and safety of a single sustained release dose of the OTX-TIC drug product (2 travoprost dose strengths) in subjects with Open Angle Glaucoma (OAG) or Ocular Hypertension (OHT)
NCT03270956
The purpose of the present study is to assess the safety and efficacy of up to 2 injections of REACT given 6 months (+4 weeks) apart (maximum).
NCT06010329
The main objective of the study will be to evaluate the efficacy of sutetinib maleate capsules in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC (uncommon EGFR mutations only).
NCT03260387
Multi-center, prospective, observational cohort study of patients undergoing total pancreatectomy with islet autotransplantation (TPIAT)
NCT04401020
Primary Objective: To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of SAR442257 administered as a single agent in patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) and relapsed and refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (RR-NHL), and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) Secondary Objectives: * To characterize the safety profile of SAR442257 * To characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) profile of SAR442257 * To assess preliminary evidence of antitumor activity
NCT02744612
This phase II trial studies how well ibrutinib and brentuximab vedotin work in treating patients with Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as brentuximab vedotin, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving ibrutinib together with brentuximab vedotin may be a better treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma.
NCT04592198
Phase 2 study to compare efficacy, safety and PK of palonosetron, a long acting 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, by buccal film delivery compared to iv injection for chemotherapy induced nausea or vomiting (CINV). Subjects receive a single dose of palonosetron prior to moderately emetogenic chemotherapy.
NCT02852538
This study aims to measure the effect of a neurobiologically-guided intensive family based treatment for adults with anorexia nervosa.
NCT05855083
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of narsoplimab in pediatric patients with thrombotic microangiopathies (TMA) following hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT).
NCT05386173
In one of the most severe congenital heart defects, hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), the left ventricle is underdeveloped and the prognosis is worse than in most other heart defects. The underdevelopment can occur gradually during fetal growth caused by a narrowing of the aortic valve. At some international centers, such fetuses are treated with a balloon dilation of the narrowed valve, but there is no scientifically sound evidence that this treatment is effective. The aim of this study is: 1/ to evaluate whether balloon dilation during the fetal period of a narrowed aortic valve can reduce the risk of the left ventricle becoming underdeveloped and the baby being born with a so-called univentricular heart (HLHS); 2/ to investigate whether such treatment improves the prognosis for this group of children with a very complex and severe heart defect and 3/ to also describe side effects and risks in fetuses and mothers of the fetal procedure.
NCT03203603
The overall aims of this protocol are to determine whether prenatal supplementation with vitamin C to pregnant smokers can improve pulmonary function and decrease wheeze at 5 years of age in their offspring. This is a continuation of the VCSIP trial, to follow the offspring through 5 years of age. The hypothesis for this protocol is an extension of the VCSIP trial that supplemental vitamin C in pregnant smokers can significantly improve their children's PFTs and decrease the incidence of wheeze.
