NCT02425891
This multicenter, randomized, double-blind study evaluated the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) administered with nab-paclitaxel compared with placebo in combination with nab-paclitaxel in participants with locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who have not received prior systemic therapy for metastatic breast cancer (mBC). The safety of single-agent nab-paclitaxel has been determined in previous studies of participants with mBC and the safety data to date suggest that atezolizumab can be safely combined with standard chemotherapy agents.
NCT03137381
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of CTP-543 on hair loss in adults with chronic, moderate to severe alopecia areata.
NCT04023084
The purpose of this study is to develop biomarkers to predict what medication is best for each child with atopic dermatitis (eczema). Participants will come in to Lurie Children's Allergy of Dermatology clinic for a skin examination and complete surveys. They will apply Eucrisa medication to their skin for 28 days before returning for a second and final skin examination and complete surveys. During these skin exams, tape will be placed on the skin and removed to collect skin cell samples. Photos will also be taken of the skin where tape was placed. There is an optional blood draw.
NCT02167945
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of treatment with ABT-450 co-formulated with ritonavir and ABT-267 (ABT-450/r/ABT-267) and ABT-333; 3-DAA regimen, with or without ribavirin (RBV) in adults with chronic hepatitis C virus genotype 1 (HCV GT1) infection.
NCT00498160
The goal of this research study is to establish chimerism and avoid graft-versus-host disease in patients with kidney failure allowing a reduction or cessation of immune-suppressive therapy.
NCT02051673
Four subjects were treated under compassionate use provisions under this study with facilitating cell therapy (FCRx)
NCT05093413
This research study will use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and olfactory stimuli to better understand the connection between sleep deprivation, brain activity, and olfaction in humans.
NCT04525573
An open-label evaluation of the effects of a red/gold/IR LED combination light on reduction of fat. The results shall be compared to previous results from a comparator device utilizing only red LED monotherapy for the non-invasive reduction in fat layer for body contouring.
NCT03785340
This study evaluates the use of Brimonidine tartrate nanoemulsion eye drop solution in the treatment of Dry Eye Disease (DED). Half of participants will receive Brimonidine and half will receive ophthalmic buffered saline (placebo).
NCT02746471
The Reveal LINQ Registry will generate reliable long-term "real world" data of product performance, economic valuation, site-of-service procedural information.
NCT04873271
This is a prospective, multicenter, feasibility study to characterize the procedure for the implantable TNM device in subjects with overactive bladder.
NCT04650542
Drug-Drug Interaction Study of HBI-3000 and Paroxetine in Healthy Adult Male and Female Subjects
NCT03373435
This clinical study will evaluate whether taking an investigational drug called exendin 9-39 is safe, well-tolerated, and helps to prevent low blood sugar in people who have had bariatric surgery and later develop a rare condition called postbariatric hypoglycemia (PBH).
NCT02863419
This trial is conducted globally. The aim of this trial is to investigate efficacy and safety of oral Semaglutide versus Liraglutide and versus Placebo in Subjects with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
NCT02053792
This study will examine the long-term safety and efficacy of rIX-FP for the control and prevention of bleeding episodes in children and adults with severe hemophilia B. The study will include subjects who have not previously been treated with Factor IX products, subjects who previously completed a CSL-sponsored rIX-FP lead-in study and subjects requiring major non-emergency surgery who have not previously completed a CSL-sponsored rIX-FP lead-in study. A surgical prophylaxis substudy will examine the efficacy of rIX-FP in subjects with hemophilia B who are undergoing non-emergency major or minor surgery. An additional substudy will examine the safety and PK of subcutaneous (SC) administration of rIX-FP.
NCT04087174
This is a Phase Ib, open-label, multi-centre study to determine the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) of capivasertib when given in combination with novel agents (enzalutamide or abiraterone) to inform the selection of capivasertib dose regimens for each combination for further clinical evaluation when given to patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). The study design allows an exploration of different doses with intensive safety monitoring to ensure the safety of the patients.
NCT04346537
The objective of this study is it to confirm the safety and effectiveness of the INGEVITY+ Active Fixation Pace/Sense Lead.
NCT00966914
Tavocept is an investigational drug that is being developed to see if it can increase the survival of patients who are being treated with chemotherapy as well as to see if it can prevent or reduce side effects of chemotherapy. This research study is aimed at trying to find out if people with advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung who are treated with a standard combination of chemotherapy drugs will live longer if they are also treated with an investigational drug called "Tavocept." Another objective of this research study is to find out whether or not Tavocept helps to prevent or reduce side-effects like kidney damage, anemia, and nausea and vomiting that can occur with these drug combinations. The drug combinations that will be used in this research study will include either paclitaxel and cisplatin, or docetaxel and cisplatin. These drug combinations are approved to be used to treat people with advanced NSCLC. Every patient on this research study will be treated with standard chemotherapy for primary NSCLC in the form of either docetaxel or paclitaxel (these will be recommended by your research study doctor), which will be given in combination with cisplatin.
