The primary aim is to assess the impact of laser setting frequency and wattage during holmium laser enucleation of the prostate. There is currently no gold-standard laser settings for HoLEP procedures. In the investigator's current high-volume practice, the following settings for enucleation are: 2j 50hz. These settings are conventional settings, but there is no literature to prove optimal laser settings. The investigators hypothesizes that utilization of higher laser settings may be associated with a clinically significant (defined as \> 10%) decrease in procedural time without any detrimental postoperative outcomes, and a utilization of lower laser settings may be associated with a clinically significant (defined as \>10%) reduction in postoperative irritative voiding symptoms without any detrimental postoperative outcomes.

The primary objective will be to determine the feasibility of performing a high-quality sublobar anatomic resection (segmentectomy) with R0 margin status on final pathology for patients who received induction therapy for NSCLC and are downstaged to ≤ycT1cN0M0 (TDi 3cm or less). T1c is tumor staging 1 and c stands for tumor is considered larger than 2cm but no larger than 3cm across; N0 is No regional lymph node metastasis; M0 is No distant metastasis.

Recent investigations have suggested that persons with upper limb loss experience a high prevalence of falls with a quarter of reported falls resulting from a trip. Moreover, studies indicate that missing part of an arm may negatively impact balance and that use of a prosthesis exacerbates this problem. While the investigators are beginning to understand the effects of upper limb loss on balance, the understanding of how Veterans with upper limb loss respond to walking disturbances is incomplete. Therefore, the aims of this study are to observe the effects of upper limb loss and wearing a prosthesis on the preparation and recovery of Veterans who trip during walking. The investigators plan to use unique treadmill technology to deliver controlled, yet unexpected, perturbations to Veterans with upper limb loss and non-amputee controls, and assess walking stability through body dynamics. Results from this study will help us understand why Veterans with upper limb loss fall as a critical first step to addressing this problem through balance-targeted interventions that are integrated into patient care.
