NCT07000123
This is a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AZD0780 in adults with clinical ASCVD or who are at risk for a first ASCVD event and who have elevated LDL-C. AZD0780 is a small molecule that reduces the amount of LDL-C in the blood. Placebo will be used for comparison, and neither the participants nor the Investigators will know who is receiving the AZD0780 medication and who is receiving the placebo until the end of study. The total length of the study for an individual participant will be up to approximately 56 weeks, including a screening period of up to 14 days, treatment with AZD0780 or placebo for 52 weeks, and a safety follow-up period of 10 days.
NCT03900754
Schizophrenia has a devastating and disproportionate effect on veterans compared to the general US population. Some of the most disabling symptoms, such as low motivation, difficulty expressing emotions, and decreased ability to infer the mental states of others, cause poor social functioning. This means that veterans with schizophrenia have trouble navigating interpersonal interactions and building meaningful relationships in the community. Unfortunately, current antipsychotic medications typically only improve positive symptoms but fail to improve social functioning deficits, which are strong predictors of poor quality of life and functional outcomes. Oxytocin, a peptide found in the brain, plays an important role in social behavior and is known to moderate affiliation, stress, and learning across taxa. In this study, the investigators will test whether oxytocin could be an effective treatment for social functioning deficits in schizophrenia. The investigators will examine changes in brain activation to understand how oxytocin affects behavior and to predict which individuals may benefit from oxytocin treatment.

NCT06747351
The main aim of this study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) comparability between TAK-881 and HYQVIA subcutaneous (SC) administration for maintenance therapy of CIDP. The participants who are already receiving intravenous immunoglobulin G (IGIV), conventional subcutaneous intravenous immunoglobulin G (cIGSC), or HYQVIA will be treated with the same dose equivalent as their prior IG treatment with HYQVIA for 20 weeks followed by TAK-881 for 24 weeks. Participants will need to visit the clinic every 3 or 4 weeks until they enter the extension phase. In the extension phase, home infusions are allowed, and visits will occur between every 12 weeks and 24 weeks.
NCT03496883
The objective of the rFVIIa for Acute Hemorrhagic Stroke Administered at Earliest Time (FASTEST) Trial is to establish the first treatment for acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) within a time window and subgroup of patients that is most likely to benefit. The central hypothesis is that rFVIIa, administered within 120 minutes from stroke onset with an identified subgroup of patients most likely to benefit, will improve outcomes at 180 days as measured by the Modified Rankin Score (mRS) and decrease ongoing bleeding as compared to standard therapy.
NCT04233424
Phase III, Prospective, Multinational, Multicenter, Randomized, Controlled, Two-arm, Double Blind Study to assess Efficacy and Safety of D-PLEX Administered Concomitantly with the Standard of Care (SoC), compared to a SoC treated control arm, in prevention of post abdominal surgery incisional infection.
NCT06792695
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of novel study interventions and combinations in participants with Colorectal Cancer (CRC).
NCT03398135
The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and efficacy of risankizumab in participants with ulcerative colitis (UC) in participants who responded to induction treatment with risankizumab in a prior AbbVie study of risankizumab in UC. This study consists of three sub-studies and a Continuous Treatment Extension (CTE): Substudy 1 is a 52-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled maintenance study; Substudy 2 is 52-week, randomized, exploratory maintenance study; and Substudy 3 is an open-label long-term extension study for participants who completed Substudy 1 or 2, or participants who responded to induction treatment in Study M16-067 with no final endoscopy due to the Covid-19 pandemic or due to the geopolitical conflict in Ukraine and surrounding impacted regions. The CTE is an open-label extension for Substudy 3 completers to ensure continuous treatment with risankizumab until such time that risankizumab becomes commercially available and/or the subject can access treatment locally.
NCT07348640
Compare the diagnostic performance of gadopiclenol against gadoterate meglumine in patients with vascular diseases of supra-aortic, peripheral, or abdominal / renal arteries using MRI
NCT06780449
This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people with obesity lose weight compared to a "dummy medicine". CagriSema is a new medicine developed by Novo Nordisk. CagriSema cannot yet be prescribed by doctors. The study has two parts: First part is called the main phase and will last for 2 years, and second part is called the extension phase and will last for 1 year. In the main phase participants will either get CagriSema or "dummy medicine". Which treatment participants get is decided by chance and is not known by participants or the study doctor. In the extension phase participants will get either CagriSema or slowly reduce participants dose of CagriSema if participants had CagriSema in the main phase. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance and is not known by participants or the study doctor in both phases. If participants had "dummy medicine" in the main phase, participants will get CagriSema in the extension phase. Like all medicines, the study medicine may have side effects.

NCT06441617
CAFE-MS will assess the effectiveness of two online programs for fatigue in multiple sclerosis (MS). Although they differ, both of these online programs contain information about MS and fatigue intended to help people with MS understand and manage their fatigue. This large-scale, decentralized clinical trial is projected to enroll 2,000 people with MS. The collaboration between iConquerMS and 5 Veterans Affairs (VA) sites in the MS Centers of Excellence is designed to ensure sufficient representation of people with MS from populations traditionally under-represented in MS clinical trials. The study is a 3-arm, randomized controlled clinical trial with study participation lasting 1 year. Two of the trial arms will include one of two online programs for managing fatigue in MS added to the trial participants' usual MS treatment, and the third arm will include usual MS treatment alone. The online program phase of the trial lasts for 6 months after randomization followed by a final study visit at 12 months. Participants in the usual MS treatment alone arm for the first 6 months will have an opportunity to choose one of the online programs for the final 6 months of the trial.
NCT03972488
