NCT02981628
This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. Inotuzumab attaches to CD22 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers ozogamicin to kill them.
NCT06662786
The purpose of this study is to compare how long the participants are disease-free (progression-free survival) when treated with amivantamab and chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium (folinic acid) or levoleucovorin, oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) or 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium (folinic acid) or levoleucovorin, and irinotecan hydrochloride (FOLFIRI) versus cetuximab and mFOLFOX6 or FOLFIRI in adult participants with Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS)/ Neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (NRAS) and v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF) wild type (WT) unresectable or metastatic left-sided colorectal cancer.
NCT05627362
This study will evaluate the effects of elafibranor (the study drug) in participants with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) during the double-blind period, an initial 96 week open-label extension (OLE) period, and an optional open-label extension long-term (OLE-LT) period beyond OLE Week 96. PSC is a rare disease of the liver that leads to injury and destruction of bile ducts. Damage to bile ducts leads to buildup of bile in the liver, which then causes further damage, and leads to disease progression. This study will compare elafibranor to a placebo, a dummy treatment. The main objective of the trial will be to study the safety and side effects of the study drug, including long-term safety during the open-label extension periods. The trial will also study the study drug's effects on blood tests and other tests related to PSC disease activity.
NCT06049797
Hot flashes and night sweats (also known as vasomotor symptoms or VMS) are the most common symptoms which bother women in menopause. This study will follow women going through menopause who have hot flashes and night sweats that cause them bother. They will be starting a non-hormonal therapy prescribed by their healthcare provider (HCP) to treat these symptoms. The women will visit their HCP's office, research center, or both. They will receive prescriptions for the non-hormonal therapy from their HCP for up to 1 year. This real-world study will provide information on outcomes from various non-hormonal therapies. The study sponsor (Astellas) will not decide which therapy the women receive. However, the sponsor will provide instructions on when the women visit their clinic, and what is recorded during the study. Some of the visits will be in-person, but most will be virtual. The virtual visits can be carried out at home using a smartphone, tablet or computer. The main aim of the study is to check if the hot flashes and night sweats that bother women change after 12 weeks (3 months) of treatment. The study will also check the women's sleep patterns, their productivity at work, and their general well-being before and after starting treatment. The overall safety of the non-hormonal therapies will also be examined.
NCT06934226
The main purpose of this study is to assess how well JNJ-77242113 works when compared to placebo and ustekinumab in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
NCT03445559
The primary aim of this study is to determine whether a multi-modal, physician-focused behavioral intervention can improve facility-level guideline-concordant utilization of prostate cancer staging imaging. Other aims of this study include to use mixed methods to explore physician influence on guideline-concordant imaging and to determine the cost and cost impact of a physician-focused behavioral intervention to improve guideline-concordant prostate cancer imaging.
NCT01016834
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the treatment satisfaction of subjects using Sumavel DosePro to treat their moderate to severe migraines.
NCT04871282
The current study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AL102 in patients with progressive desmoid tumors.
NCT04658862
The purpose of study is to compare bladder intact-event free survival (BI-EFS) in participants receiving TAR-200 in combination with intravenous (IV) cetrelimab versus concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
NCT04468659
The primary purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment with lecanemab is superior to placebo on change from baseline of the Preclinical Alzheimer Cognitive Composite 5 (PACC5) at 216 weeks of treatment (A45 Trial) and to determine whether treatment with lecanemab is superior to placebo in reducing brain amyloid accumulation as measured by amyloid positron emission tomography (PET) at 216 weeks of treatment (A3 Trial). This study will also evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of lecanemab in participants enrolled in the Extension Phase.
