NCT00277810
The purpose of the study is to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of 3 doses of lecozotan in combination with a cholinesterase inhibitor in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD).
NCT02723539
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study, in patients with moderate to severe diabetic foot infection (DFI), that will be conducted in two parts. In Part I, patients will be enrolled into 1 of 3 escalating dose cohorts at a ratio of 3:1 (Active to Placebo). In Part II, patients will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio (Active to Placebo) based on the optimal dose demonstrated in Part I. Patients will be randomized to receive either topical application of MBN-101 or topical application of vehicle, applied directly to the target site, 3 times per week, for a minimum of 14 days and up to a maximum of 21 days. All patients will also receive systemic antibiotic treatment.
NCT02202746
The purpose of this study is to determine whether lucitanib is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with FGF aberrant metastatic breast cancer, as well as in the treatment of patients with biomarker negative (FGF non-aberrant) metastatic breast cancer.
NCT03002077
This study will evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of rapastinel as an adjunctive to antidepressant therapy (ADT) in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).
NCT01785069
This is a prospective, multicenter study of the safety and effectiveness of NATRELLE® 410 Highly Cohesive, Anatomically Shaped, Silicone-Filled X-Style and L-Style Breast Implants.
NCT02387125
This is a Phase 1b, open label, multi-center study of CMB305 (sequentially administered LV305 \[a dendritic cell-targeting viral vector expressing the NY-ESO-1 gene\] and G305 \[NY-ESO-1 recombinant protein plus GLA-SE\]) in patients with melanoma, sarcoma, ovarian cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer that express NY-ESO-1.
NCT01290367
The purpose of this study is to compare two doses of immunoselected, culture-expanded, nucleated, allogeneic adult MPCs when combined with hyaluronic acid to two control intradiscal injections in subjects with chronic low back pain due to moderate Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) at one lumbar level from L1 to S1. All investigational subjects in this study will undergo injection of either 6 million (M) or 18M cells in a hyaluronic acid carrier into the degenerated lumbar disc's nucleus pulposus. All control subjects will undergo an intradiscal control injection with either saline or hyaluronic acid only
NCT01989572
This randomized phase III trial studies sargramostim or vaccine therapy alone to see how well they work compared to sargramostim and vaccine therapy together in preventing disease recurrence in patients with melanoma that has been removed by surgery. Sargramostim may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Vaccines made from peptides may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether yeast derived sargramostim and vaccine therapy are more effective alone or together in preventing recurrence of melanoma.
NCT00891865
The purpose of this study is to determine whether respiratory viral infections increase the risk of bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS), obliterative bronchiolitis (OB), death, or retransplantation in children who have received lung transplants.
NCT03416790
IMPAACT 2015 is a cross-sectional, exploratory study that will investigate the central nervous system (CNS) reservoir in perinatally HIV-infected adolescents and young adults on effective antiretroviral therapy with neurocognitive impairment. The study will assess the frequency with which HIV is detected in the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) in this population and assess whether detectable HIV in the CSF correlates with markers of inflammation and neuronal injury. Findings from this study will advance understanding of the role of the CNS in HIV-1 persistence and its implications for future HIV-1 remission research.
NCT02654054
This study seeks to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of elagolix alone and in combination with estradiol/norethindrone acetate for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids in premenopausal women.
NCT02155777
Use of oral contraceptives (OCs) reduces a woman's risk of ovarian cancer very significantly and the protective effect continues for at least 25 years after use of OCs is stopped; the mechanisms of how this occurs are not understood. We are proposing here to directly study the effect of OCs on the fallopian tube and inclusion cysts within the ovary - sites from which most ovarian cancers are thought to arise - in order to better understand the mechanistic basis for OC protection against ovarian cancer. We think the protection results from reduced cell proliferation. It will lay the foundation for further studies to ensure that the protection against ovarian cancer afforded by 'traditional' OCs is not lost with alterations in OC formulation, and, if possible, to guide development of OC formations to improve further on the protection afforded by OCs.
NCT04172051
This study will consist of a randomized experimental group and a control group, In addition to the control and experimental group, there will also be a non-randomized motivated experimental group. Approximately 75 males and females from the ages of 18 to 80 will take part in this study. Subjects will be randomly divided into a Control and Experimental Group. Subjects for the control and experimental group will be recruited from a Tony Robbins Facebook page, and subjects in the experimental group (DWD Group) will be admitted to the Tony Robbins Date With Destiny Event (December 2019) in West Palm Beach for free, while the subjects randomly assigned to the control group, will not attend the event, but instead be required to a Gratitude Journaling experiment (Three Good Things Intervention). Psychological assessment surveys will be taken before the event, directly after the event, and one month following the event. The control group will take the psychological assessment before beginning journaling, directly after completing journaling, and one month following completion of journaling.
NCT02753595
The primary objective for the study is as follows: For the Phase 1b - to determine safety tolerability and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of eribulin mesylate in combination with PEGylated recombinant human hyaluronidase (PEGPH20) in participants with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) previously treated with up to two lines of systemic anticancer therapy in the metastatic setting. For the Phase 2 - to evaluate objective response rate (ORR) of eribulin mesylate in combination with PEGPH20 in participants with HER2-negative, High-Hyaluronan (HA)-high, MBC previously treated with up to 2 lines of systemic anticancer therapy in the metastatic setting.

NCT02812875
CA-170 is a rationally designed and orally available, small molecule that directly targets the Programmed death-ligands 1 and 2 (PD-L1/PD-L2), and V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation (VISTA) immune checkpoints and results in activation of T cell proliferation and cytokine production. This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase 1 trial of orally administered CA-170 in adult patients with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas who have progressed or are non-responsive to available therapies and for which no standard therapy exists.
