NCT05359692
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, efficacy, PK and pharmacodynamics of INCAGN01876 when given in combination with retifanlimab. The study will consist of 2 parts: a safety lead-in part (Part 1) followed by a dose expansion part (Part 2).
NCT01485861
This multicenter, international, Phase Ib/II trial consists of three stages: a Phase Ib, open-label stage in which the recommended Phase II dose was determined for ipataseritib administrated in combination with abiraterone and of apitolisib administrated in combination with abiraterone (this phase is no longer active), a Phase II, 3-arm, double-blind, randomized comparison of ipatasertib with abiraterone and prednisone/prednisolone versus placebo with abiraterone and prednisone/prednisolone and a safety single-arm, open-label cohort of ipatasertib 400 mg daily alone or in combination with prednisone/prednisolone or prednisone/prednisolone plus abiraterone.
NCT00931606
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the percentage of participants in each sotatercept dose regimen who achieve a hematopoietic response during the treatment period including up to 2 months after the last dose of sotatercept treatment of chemotherapy-induced anemia (CIA) in participants with metastatic breast cancer. Hematopoietic response was defined as an increase in hemoglobin concentration of ≥ 1 g/dL relative to baseline for 28 consecutive days during the treatment period including up to 2 months after the last dose of sotatercept in the absence of red blood cell (RBC) transfusion or treatment with an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA).
NCT00106171
It is not known if anti-HIV treatment for recently infected patients improves long-term patient prognosis. The purpose of this study is to determine if a one year course of anti-HIV medications slows progression of HIV disease in adults recently infected with HIV. Study hypothesis: A one-year course of HAART administered during acute or early seroconversion may slow the progression of HIV infection.
NCT03373201
The aim of this study is to investigate tasimelteon vs. placebo on sleep in healthy individuals after a phase advance in jet lag type insomnia.
NCT05499962
Specific Aim 1. Conduct 18 focus groups among Black gay, bisexual and other sexual minority men (SMM; n=72-90) in the Washington, DC area of different age groups (18-24, 25-34, 35+) and various pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use profiles (i.e., PrEP naïve, current PrEP users, and discontinued PrEP; two per age-group and PrEP use profile) to understand intervention feasibility, acceptability and appropriateness, how the intervention can address experienced and perceived socio-structural barriers, and increase PrEP initiation and adherence among Black SMM in the Washington, District of Columbia (DC) area. Specific Aim 2. Implement an iterative open-phase pilot of an SNS intervention to increase PrEP initiation among human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-negative Black SMM, aged 18 years and above, in the Washington, DC area. Recruit 30 PrEP-using Black SMM, including those who use substances, as Recruiters to identify and refer Network Associates to PrEP services. The pilot will occur in six blocks of up to 5 Recruiters to further develop all intervention procedures and enhance the social networking strategy (SNS) intervention's feasibility and acceptability.
NCT05319236
Subjects will use the Gabi system on a daily basis for 3 months, each time the subject is resting or asleep. The Gabi system will recording the SpO2, pulse rate, respiratory rate and movements of the subject. The objective of this study is to perform a first assessment of the range of most potentially clinically relevant indications for use of the Gabi system for children \< 6 years old with underlying medical conditions. This is performed by asking HCPs to review the data measured by the Gabi system after taking a medical decision independently from the Gabi data and to assess the potential clinical utility of the Gabi system. The usability of the system will also be assessed throughout questionnaires filled out by the HCPs and by the caregivers. \*During this study, the data collected by the Gabi system are not intended to be used by caregivers or HCPs to take any (medical) decisions.
NCT03953235
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the dose, safety, immunogenicity and early clinical activity of GRT-C903 and GRT-R904, a neoantigen-based therapeutic cancer vaccine, in combination with immune checkpoint blockade, in patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, microsatellite stable colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and shared neoantigen-positive tumors. Based on the Phase 1 data, an updated vaccine candidate (SLATE-KRAS or version 2) was developed that removed 16 of the 20 mutations included in the original vaccine (version 1) and solely targets KRAS mutations.
NCT02795676
This was a randomized, double-blind, active control study of the enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) drug PRX-102 (pegunigalsidase alfa) in Fabry disease patients with impaired renal function. Patients who had been treated for approximately 1 year with agalsidase beta and who had been on a stable dose of that product for at least 6 months were randomized in a 2:1 ratio to either switch to PRX-102 or to continue treatment with agalsidase beta. Both treatments were delivered by intravenous infusions every two weeks, at a dosage of 1 mg/kg.
NCT04619043
When people walk, their ankle joints help to hold them upright and move them forward. Ankle braces are often given to people who have had a stroke to help their ankle joints work properly. The investigators have developed a method to design and make a special type of ankle brace that allows the investigators to control every characteristic of the ankle brace, allowing the investigators to customize the ankle brace to fit and function just the way the investigators want it to. The investigators think that ankle braces customized to meet the needs of each individual person will help the participants walk better. The investigators have also developed a prescription model that tells the investigators how to customize these ankle braces to address different levels of two common impairments experienced by people post stroke -decreased ability to move the ankle joint and weakened calf muscles. The purpose of this study is to test the prescription model to see if wearing the ankle brace customized based on the prescription model improves people's ability to walk. To accomplish this goal, the investigators will first measure each person's ability to move his/her ankle joint and the strength of his/her calf muscles. The investigators will put this information in to the prescription model to determine how to customize the ankle brace for each person. The investigators will then use the method developed to make the customized ankle brace. Finally, the investigators will measure how each person walks in the ankle brace customized just for the participants. This study will allow the investigators to validate and/or refine the prescription model and teach the investigators how persons post-stroke adapt to walking in ankle braces with different characteristics.

Exploratory study to evaluate the safety, efficacy and ergonomics of Cutera truSculpt device.
NCT02784535
Drug therapy for patients suffering from autonomic failure and neurogenic orthostatic hypotension are scarce and not effective. If left untreated, these patients have the highest risk of syncope, falls and fall-related injuries. The proposed study will determine the clinical benefit of a commercially available drug, atomoxetine, to reduce symptoms associated with neurogenic orthostatic hypotension in patients with autonomic failure.
