NCT00848107
This open label extension trial will allow ongoing treatment of subjects who participated in the randomized controlled trials, and will provide long term information about the safety of treprostinil diethanolamine SR in subjects with SSc and digital ulcers.
NCT02675244
The purpose of the research is to determine whether repairing a tricuspid valve (TV) in patients with mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation (TR), at the time of planned mitral valve surgery (MVS), would improve the heart health of those who receive it compared to those who do not. At this point, the medical community is split in their opinion on whether surgeons should routinely repair mild to moderate TR in patients who are undergoing planned mitral valve surgery, and this study will answer this question.

NCT04191330
The goal of this real-world, multi-center, randomized, outpatient study is to assess the effectiveness of the Biofourmis cloud based BiovitalsHF platform to recommend optimal titration of Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT) for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) subjects.
NCT05393284
OPL-0401-201 is a multicenter study to investigate the safety and efficacy of OPL-0401 in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) with diabetic retinopathy.
NCT03999801
This is a prospective, observational study designed to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of RGX-314. Eligible participants are those who were previously enrolled in a clinical study in which they received a single subretinal administration of RGX-314 in their study eye. Enrollment of each participant in the current study should occur after the participant has completed either the end of study or early termination visit in the previous (parent) clinical study. Participants will be followed for up to 5 years post-RGX-314 administration (inclusive of the parent study). After enrollment and a 6-month follow-up visit, participants will attend at least annual study visits through the end of the 5-year post-RGX-314 administration follow-up period. Additionally, an interventional fellow eye treatment substudy will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity of subretinal RGX-314 administration in the fellow eye of participants having bilateral disease who previously received a subretinal injection of RGX-314 in their study eye. Participants who qualify for the substudy will receive subretinal administration of RGX-314 in their fellow eye and complete 13 study visits in a 54-week period. Following completion of the substudy participants will continue in the observational portion of the study for up to 5 years post RGX-314 administration in their fellow eye.
NCT02607033
This study is designed to examine the added benefits of weight loss to an exercise program in older obese Veterans with peripheral arterial disease. The investigators want to determine if weight loss in addition to exercise will 1) improve walking ability to a greater extent than exercise alone and 2) determine the underlying reasons why walking ability improves by measuring blood flow and the amount of muscle in the leg muscles.
NCT05775224
Benign and malignant hematologic diseases are relatively rare conditions within the spectrum of medical practice in any one site of care. Nonetheless, recent research in hematologic conditions from basic, translational, clinical and population perspectives offer the possibility of improving the way that these diseases are treated, and the outcomes experienced by patients. A repository that aggregates and validates this data across institutions and other practice settings is needed in order to identify variation in care, new findings, and further research.
NCT04816188
Invesigators plan to conduct a 12-week longitudinal cohort study of 30 subjects with calcaneal apophysitis. Subjects will be included if they are between 7-17 years-old, have experienced an insidious onset of heel pain with running or jumping activities, and have no underlying diagnosis predisposing heel pain and no other injury that limits their ability to run and jump. Parents of subjects will be invited to participate by completing questionnaires related to their perspective of their child's symptoms, physical activity level, quality of life, and their satisfaction with the treatment protocol. Subjects will be asked to attend 4 monthly sessions consisting of evaluation and treatment.
NCT04156620
The purpose of this global study was to demonstrate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of an intravenous (i.v.) regimen of secukinumab compared to placebo in participants with active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) or non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA ) at Week 16 despite current or previous non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAID), disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) and/or anti Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) therapy. In addition, to further support efficacy and safety of an i.v. regimen, data was collected for up to 52 weeks of treatment.
NCT01571596
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of repeated subcutaneous (SC) injections of KRN23 in adult subjects with X-Linked Hypophosphatemia (XLH).
NCT02537431
The primary objective of this study is to establish the effect of KRN23 treatment on improvement in XLH-associated osteomalacia as determined by osteoid volume (osteoid volume/bone volume, OV/BV).
NCT03403205
The study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ALXN1840 (formerly called WTX101) administered for 48 weeks compared to standard of care (SoC) in Wilson Disease (WD) participants aged 12 and older in the Primary Evaluation Period. In addition, efficacy and safety will be evaluated during an optional 60-month Extension Period.
NCT05163223
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an adjuvant treatment of therapeutic cancer vaccine (AST-301, pNGVL3-hICD) in patients with HER2-low expression (IHC 1+ or 2+ and ISH-) and hormone receptor-negative(ER-, PR-) breast cancer with residual disease after neoadjuvant treatment. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to either the Experimental arm (combination of AST-301/rhuGM CSF and standard adjuvant therapy) or the Control arm (combination of placebo/rhuGM CSF and standard adjuvant therapy). Standard adjuvant chemotherapy will be pembrolizumab or capecitabine. Adjuvant therapy will be administered in compliance with the NCCN guideline for breast cancer (Version 8, 2021), and IP (AST-301) will be administered 3 times every 3 weeks in the adjuvant treatment period, with a booster administered at 24 weeks (±7 days) post the third dose of IP administration. Survival follow up will be performed to determine invasive Disease Free survival(iDFS).
