This study will investigate food ingredients that may provide fullness to healthy adults after a meal. The ingredients will be incorporated into a lunch meal, and measures of hunger and fullness will be evaluated for several hours after the meal. Study subjects must be able to travel to the USDA Nutrition Center in Beltsville Maryland at scheduled times during the study for meals and study measures.

Based on that input, the training will be updated and then tested to see how well it helps adults improve their knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors toward mental health and supporting the mental health of South Asian American youth.

Background: HIV causes AIDS, a serious disease that can lead to fatal infections. HIV infection can be controlled but not cured, nor is there a vaccine to prevent it. Antibodies may offer a promising new way to prevent HIV infection. Antibodies are proteins that are naturally made by the body to fight germs. One antibody (VRC01.23LS) has been tested in the lab and was found to block HIV-like viruses. Researchers want to find out if it is safe to inject VRC01.23LS into people. Objective: To test the safety of VRC01.23LS in healthy adults. Eligibility: Healthy people aged 18 to 60 years. Design: Participants were divided into 6 groups: Some got 1 dose of VRC01.23LS. They visited the clinic up to 14 times in 24 weeks. Some got 3 doses, each 12 weeks apart. They had 25 clinic visits over 48 weeks. For some participants, the drug was given through a tube attached to a needle inserted into a vein in the arm. This took about 30 to 90 minutes. Others received the drug as an injection under the skin in a fatty area of the belly, arm, or thigh; each dose may have needed up to 3 individual injections. Participants stayed in the clinic up to 8 hours on the days they received VRC01.23LS. Participants received a thermometer and measuring tool. They checked their temperature daily for 7 days after they received the study drug. They measured any redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site.

Background: New ways to study the brain as people move include near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) and electroencephalography (EEG). NIRS uses laser light shone through the scalp to look at blood flow in the brain which increases with movement. EEG records electrical activity in the brain. Little is known about brain activity while children learn new motor skills. Researchers want to learn more about how small children with and without cerebral palsy use their brain to control their body. This may help them find new ways to help children move better. Objectives: To learn more about how infants and young children with and without cerebral palsy use their brain to move their arms and legs. Eligibility: Children ages 3 months - 5 years with and without cerebral palsy Design: Participants will be screened with: * Physical exam * Questions for the parents about the child s health Participants will have at least 1 study session. Some may have up to 34 (all optional). In the sessions, participants will do motor tasks along with some or all of the following: * Light sensors placed on the scalp, held there with a cap or Velcro straps. * Small metal disks placed on the scalp with a cap or straps, with gel between them. * Motion capture recording. Balls attached to the arms and legs by stickers, straps, or a garment are tracked by infrared and video cameras. Motor tasks include reaching, clapping, kicking, and standing. Participants may be placed in a toy or device that uses a motor to move their limbs. Participants head size, hair, and skin will be assessed. The "Door-In-Door-Out" (DIDO) process at the first hospital can take time making transferred patients no longer able to get the advanced treatments. This study will help hospitals across the US "stand up" new ways to evaluate stroke patients, decide who needs to be transferred, and transfer them quickly for advanced treatment.

This clinical trial studies combination chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and bevacizumab in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, etoposide, and docetaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of \[cancer/tumor\] cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Bevacizumab may also stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) together with radiation therapy and bevacizumab may kill more tumor cells.

This study is open to adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a type of brain tumor. The study has two parts. Part 1 is open to people who can get their brain tumor removed by surgery. Part 2 is open to people who already had such a brain surgery. This study tests a medicine called BI 907828 (Brigimadlin). BI 907828 (Brigimadlin) is a socalled MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. The purpose of Part 1 of the study is to find out how BI 907828 (Brigimadlin) is taken up in the tumor. Participants take a single dose of BI 907828 (Brigimadlin) as a tablet before the brain surgery. Part 1 of the study takes about 1 month. During this time, participants have their brain tumor removed by surgery and visit the study site about 8 times. The purpose of Part 2 is to find the highest dose of BI 907828 (Brigimadlin) that the participants can tolerate in combination with standard radiation therapy. During the first 6 weeks, participants get standard radiation therapy. In addition, they take a dose of BI 907828 (Brigimadlin) once every 3 weeks. Participants may continue to take BI 907828 (Brigimadlin) as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. They visit the study site regularly. During the entire study, doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate how differences in specific parts of our DNA can influence how individual bodies break down the hormones contained within oral contraceptive pills, which could affect how well these birth control pills work to prevent pregnancy. The investigators are also interested in exploring how these differences in our DNA can also explain why patients taking the exact same formulation of birth control pill will experience very different side effects. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do individuals with the CYP3A7\*1C variant have increased metabolism of both desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol when taking a combined oral contraceptive pill? * Do individuals with the CYP3A7\*1C variant experience higher rates of breakthrough ovulation while taking a desogestrel/ethinyl estradiol combined oral contraceptive pill? * What novel genetic loci are associated with alterations in steroid hormone pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics among a larger cohort of combined oral contraceptive pill users? Participants will take a specific formulation of combined oral contraceptive pill (desogestrel/ethinyl estradiol) and undergo the following procedures: * Blood draw to measure the amount of progestin and estrogen in their system from the combined oral contraceptive pill * Questionnaires to assess side effects possibly caused by the combined oral contraceptive pill * Blood draw to measure endogenous hormone levels and biomarkers that may be affected by the combined oral contraceptive pill * A transvaginal ultrasound to measure any ovarian follicles (optional procedure)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nipocalimab versus placebo in participants with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
