NCT05423093
The goal of the proposed research is to test the feasibility and acceptability of a virtual group session which is intended to be offered universally to Spanish-speaking parents of newborns/infants attending pediatric primary care. The virtual session is intended to (1) enhance patient/family education about postpartum depression (PPD) and (2) Provide an orientation to families regarding relevant clinic and community psychosocial support resources available. The investigators will conduct a single-arm, open pilot of the session, which will be co-delivered by existing clinic staff (including social work and community outreach staff). Session contents include (1) Introduction to clinic staff, contacts, and resources (2) A video-recorded testimonial of a patient with a history of perinatal depression followed by a group discussion about/reflection on the video; (3) Review of prevalence and signs of PPD; (4) Discussion of clinic PPD screening procedures and rationale for screening; (5) Discussion of self-care and mood monitoring; (6) Discussion of relevant local resources, including information about availability of primary care resources for parents (including uninsured parents) and information about resources addressing social needs. The overall aim of the project is to Develop and pilot a virtual group augmentation of standard individual well-child care to improve (1) clinic screening procedures, discussion about and initial management of maternal depressive symptoms with immigrant Latinas and (2) patient symptom recognition, symptom disclosure, and subsequent treatment engagement
NCT05211284
Saroglitazar Magnesium 4 mg for NAFLD in People Living with HIV in the US
NCT03635788
The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy, safety, and durability of two different strategies to treat participants with a history of sub-optimal adherence and control of their HIV infection: long-acting (LA) antiretroviral therapy (ART) and all-oral standard of care (SOC).
NCT04564027
The study is investigating efficacy, safety and tolerability of DNA-damage Response Agents (or Combinations), in participants with advanced/metastatic solid malignancies whose tumours contain molecular alterations
NCT04629508
This is a 2-part study. In Part 1, participants will be dosed at 2 different dose levels in order to select the RP2D for Part 2 of the study.
NCT03501979
A phase 2 non-randomized study to assess the safety and efficacy of the combination of tucatinib and trastuzumab with capecitabine for the treatment of leptomeningeal metastases in HER2-neu positive breast cancer.
NCT06848075
This is a double-blind, randomized, multicenter, outpatient evaluation of the safety and efficacy of elismetrep as compared to placebo in the treatment of moderate or severe migraine.
NCT06307431
The primary objective of the study is to compare intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab to placebo plus pembrolizumab in participants with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with respect to disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator. The primary hypothesis is that intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to DFS.
NCT04902053
The primary objective of the INSPIRIS RESILIA Aortic Valve-in-valve (ViV) Surveillance Study ("the Study") is to capture Adverse Event information and valve measurement data from dysfunctional INSPIRIS RESILIA aortic valves before and after Valve-in-valve (ViV) treatment.
NCT06224543
Study 22403 is a Phase 1 / Proof of Concept exploratory investigation to assess the non-inferiority of low dose gadobutrol and SubtleGAD™, a software medical device using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) deep learning-based method to enhance the contrast signal from images acquired with low dose administration of gadobutrol (GAD) contrast. The primary objective is to demonstrate noninferiority of synthesized Central Nervous System (CNS) magnetic resonance (MR) images for 1 or 2 different gadobutrol-enhanced low-dose groups (0.01mmol/kg, and0.025 mmol/kg) compared to gadobutrol-enhanced CNS MR images at a standard dose of 0.1 mmol/kg. This investigation is a prospective, randomized, open label, multi-center study with blinded reads in participants with known or highly suspected CNS pathology. There will be at least 60 participants enrolled (30 per study arm). SubtleGAD will be used as a post-processing tool, prior to blinded read assessment of MR images acquired in either arm of the study.
NCT04968184
This Phase 3, randomized, Double-blind, placebo-controlled, 2-arm, parallel-group, multicenter study with randomized withdrawal will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and durability of KBP-5074 in adult participants who have stage 3b/4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) (estimated glomerular filtration rate \[eGFR\] calculated using the Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration \[CKD-EPI\] formula \[eGFR {EPI}\] ≥15 to ≤44 mL/min/1.73 m\^2) and uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 and \<180 mm Hg and taking 2 or more antihypertensive medications.
NCT05085275
A 9-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to compare the effect of fixed dose ferric citrate versus placebo in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease (eGFR ≤20 ml/min/1.73m2) on the composite endpoint of time to initiation of maintenance dialysis or all-cause mortality.
NCT05742906
The goal of this pivotal study is to demonstrate the safety and performance of the Cor TRICUSPID ECM (extracellular matrix) Valve (or Cor PEDIATRIC Tricuspid ECM Valve) for the surgical management of tricuspid valve disease and dysfunction in adult and pediatric patients. The main question(s) it aims to answer are: * whether the device may be implanted successfully and safely, and * whether the device effectively treats tricuspid valve disease and dysfunction through 12 months Participants will undergo: * preoperative evaluation * tricuspid valve replacement with the Cor TRICUSPID ECM Valve * postoperative evaluation, including at hospital discharge, 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months, and then annually thereafter through 5 years
NCT02981940
This research study is studying a targeted therapy as a possible treatment for recurrent glioblastoma (GBM). The following intervention will be used in this study: -Abemaciclib
NCT06308614
The goal of this clinical trial is investigating estetrol (E4) in women after menopause, suffering from sexual arousal disorder. The main question it aims to answer is: is 20 mg estetrol monohydrate effective in the treatment of sexual arousal disorder in women after their menopause. Participants will visit the clinic 7 times and complete a daily diary while receiving estetrol or placebo for 12 weeks. Placebo is a pill that looks the same as estetrol but has no active ingredient. Researchers will compare estetrol and placebo to see if estetrol has an effect on the sexual arousal of the participants.
NCT05406583
This study will test an anti-HIV drug (ARV) for newborn babies. The study will include a minimum of 36 and up to 108 mothers living with HIV and their newborn babies from Brazil, South Africa, Thailand, and the United States. Infants will be in the study for approximately 16 weeks (four months) after they are born. Mothers will not receive study drug and will exit the study after the Entry visit.
