Medtronic is sponsoring the Micra AV Registry using the Micra AV system for continued surveillance of chronic atrioventricular synchronous pacing as intended, through the collection of data based on routine clinical care practice, following commercial release. The Micra AV Registry is conducted within Medtronic's Product Surveillance Registry (PSR) platform.
NCT07243652
Although automatic follow-up is a nearly universal practice, research has shown that these visits are often unnecessary after hospitalizations caused by bronchiolitis. Despite endorsement by national pediatric authorities, robust evidence, and family enthusiasm for as-needed (PRN) follow-up, it remains substantially underutilized for children hospitalized for bronchiolitis. The goal of I-DECIDE is to compare the effects of two multi-component implementation strategies, both of which aim to (a) increase PRN follow-up prescribing by hospitalists (physicians who care for hospitalized children) and (b) decrease unnecessary follow-up visit attendance by families.
NCT03867084
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) versus placebo as adjuvant therapy in participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and complete radiological response after surgical resection or local ablation. The primary hypotheses of this study are that adjuvant pembrolizumab is superior to placebo with respect to: 1) recurrence-free survival (RFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR); and 2) overall survival (OS).
NCT03635567
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus one of four platinum-based chemotherapy regimens compared to the efficacy and safety of placebo plus one of four platinum-based chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of adult women with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer. Possible chemotherapy regimens include: paclitaxel plus cisplatin with or without bevacizumab and paclitaxel plus carboplatin with or without bevacizumab. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is superior to placebo plus chemotherapy with respect to: 1) Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by the Investigator, or, 2) Overall Survival (OS).

NCT07349537
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of RMC-5127 as a monotherapy and in combination with either daraxonrasib or cetuximab in adults with KRAS G12V-mutant solid tumors.
NCT04729114
Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months.
NCT03727880
This study will test the effectiveness (anti-tumor activity), safety, and ability to increase the body's immune system to fight pancreatic cancer by combining standard chemotherapy before and after surgery, with study drug PD-1 antibody, pembrolizumab, with and without study drug, focal adhesion kinase inhibitor (FAK), defactinib, in people with "high risk" resectable (surgically removable) pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate if reprograming the tumor microenvironment by targeting FAK following chemotherapy can potentiate anti-programmed death-1 (PD-1) antibody.
NCT07228559
The goal of this study is to assess the safety and therapeutic potential of a single dose of avoralstat in adult participants with DME.
NCT06557460
This is a Phase IIb randomized, clinical trial designed to assess the safety and efficacy of unilateral implantation of the CPCB-RPE1 implant in subjects with geographic atrophy involving the fovea. Up to 6 surgical implantation sites will deliver the CPCB-RPE1 in this Phase IIb clinical trial. Additional study sites may serve as referral or follow-up sites. Twenty-four (24) subjects will participate in the trial and will be randomized 3:1 to one of 2 groups: * The treatment group receiving the CPCB-RPE1 implant (up to 18 subjects). * The control group receiving a simulated "sham" implantation procedure (up to 6 subjects)
NCT04385303
This phase 3 study is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of lorecivivint injected intraarticularly (IA) into the target knee (most painful) joint of moderately to severely symptomatic osteoarthritis (OA) subjects at a single dose of 0.07 mg lorecivivint per 2 mL injection. This study will utilize patient reported outcomes (PROs) to evaluate the safety and efficacy of lorecivivint.
NCT03146078
The overall goal of this project funded by the Foundation Fighting Blindness is to characterize the natural history of disease progression in patients with USH2A related retinal degeneration associated with congenital hearing loss (Usher syndrome type 2a) or non-syndromic retinitis pigmentosa (RP39). RUSH2A Extension Study: The purpose of this addendum is to extend RUSH2A to 7- and 9-year visits, with the goal to use longer term data to further develop and support early candidate endpoints as possible clinical trial outcomes.

NCT03707574
This trial studies the genetic analysis of blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer that has spread to other anatomic sites (advanced) or is no longer responding to treatment. Studying these samples in the laboratory may help doctors to learn how genes affect cancer and how they affect a person's response to treatment.
NCT04562480
This phase II trial investigates the effects of hypofractionated radiation therapy before surgery on wound complications associated with surgery in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma of the extremity (arms, hands, legs or feet) and superficial trunk that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized) and can be removed by surgery (resectable). Hypofractionated is a shorter radiation therapy treatment length (fewer radiation treatment days) and administers the total radiation dose as larger daily doses, compared to conventionally fractionated therapy.
