NCT02642393
A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial to determine whether oral inosine dosed to moderately elevate serum urate (from ≤5.7 mg/dL to 7.1-8.0 mg/dL) over 2 years slows clinical decline in early PD. Clinical decline will be assessed as change in the primary outcome variable of the Movement Disorders Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS), a composite scale comprising patient- and clinician-reported outcomes.

NCT02856555
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of firsocostat in adults with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
NCT02234583
This is an open-label study of DS-5565 in subjects who either completed participation in a preceding Phase 3 study of DS-5565 in fibromyalgia (FM); i.e. DS5565-A-E309 (NCT02146430), DS5565-A-E310 (NCT02187471), or DS5565-A-E311 (NCT02187159) or are de novo subjects. Eligible subjects will be assigned to receive open-label DS-5565 for 52 weeks. All subjects will receive DS-5565 15 mg once daily (QD) for the first three weeks of the treatment period. After three weeks, subjects may be titrated to 15 mg twice daily (BID) based on protocol-specified criteria.
NCT02641158
Primary Objective: This study will evaluate the effectiveness of an HCV Care Facilitation intervention in moving HIV/HCV co-infected substance users forward along the HCV care continuum (compared with a Control group). Primary Hypothesis: The number of steps achieved along the HCV care continuum will differ between the two study groups over the 14-month follow-up period. Secondary Objectives: Component 1 (Long-term CTN 0049 follow-up): Using the CTN 0064 baseline data (self-report, medical record abstraction and biological data), the following CTN 0049 primary and secondary outcomes in participants who consented to the CTN 0064 protocol will be re-analyzed to evaluate latent and/or enduring effects of the CTN 0049 interventions: 1. HIV virological suppression 2. HIV primary care visit attendance 3. All-cause mortality
NCT03008837
Given recent increasing opioid-related deaths and evidence showing against the use of opioids for non-malignant chronic pain, there is growing need for non-narcotic pain management. Fibromyalgia is a difficult to treat chronic pain condition that is often treated with opioids despite existing evidence. The prevalence of fibromyalgia is increased among Veterans returning from the gulf war and is already a significant burden in senior Veterans who may have suffered with chronic pain for decades already. Many treatment options for fibromyalgia carry intolerable side effects. PENFS (percutaneous electrical neural field stimulation) is a FDA-approved, non-pharmacologic therapy that is currently utilized within the military and VA system, but sufficient evidence regarding its outcomes and neural mechanisms have not been adequately investigated. An understanding of its neural underpinnings and analgesic effects could lead to 1) improvements in pain management and quality of life, 2) cost-savings and 3) development of new techniques to address pain.
NCT02462928
This is a safety and efficacy study of abicipar pegol in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration.
NCT02308046
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of terconazole gel in the treatment of vaginal infections
NCT03573323
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of ixekizumab to guselkumab in participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
NCT04246268
The INVOcell intravaginal culture system is a prescription device intended for preparing, holding, and transferring human gametes or embryos during intravaginal in vitro fertilization or intravaginal culture procedures. The original (FG-002) INVOcell culture system was FDA cleared through De Novo application (DEN150008). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the INVO Bioscience modified INVOcell system, comprised of the INVOcell Intravaginal Culture Device and Retention Device, in terms of the following: 2.1 Effectiveness of achieving fertilization, implantation, embryo development, clinical pregnancy, and live birth after 5-days of continuous vaginal incubation. 2.2 The comfort and retention of the INVOcell device and retention system intravaginally.
NCT03205488
This study will assess the safety and tolerability of daily oral administration of nilotinib (150-300mg once daily) in Parkinson's Disease.
NCT03314662
This phase 3 study is a randomized, double-blinded, comparator controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study of aQIV versus the US-licensed 2017-2018 adjuvanted trivalent influenza vaccine (aTIV-1, Fluad), and versus an adjuvanted trivalent influenza vaccine (aTIV-2), containing the alternate B strain.

NCT02412371
This study seeks to establish * the recommended Phase 2 dose (RPTD) of veliparib in combination with concurrent paclitaxel/carboplatin-based chemoradiotherapy (CRT) and consolidation with paclitaxel/carboplatin-based chemotherapy (Phase 1 portion), and * to assess whether the addition of oral veliparib versus placebo to paclitaxel/carboplatin-based chemoradiotherapy with paclitaxel/carboplatin consolidation will improve progression-free survival (PFS) in adults with Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (Phase 2 portion). A strategy decision was made not to proceed to Phase 2 portion of this study due to change in standard of care.
