Enzymatic eschar removal with NexoBrid allows initiating and completing the phase of removal of the offending eschar earlier upon admission, enabling earlier visualization of the wound bed for assessment of burn wound depth as well as preservation of viable dermal tissues, as further elaborated and supported by previous clinical studies. The depth determination is important for the planning and execution of the post eschar removal stage of wound closure phase (grafting or spontaneous epithelialization). Additional clinically meaningful attributes of NexoBrid enzymatic eschar removal is the ability to lower surgical burden as it allows to remove eschar in wounds that otherwise would have to undergo surgical excision as no other non-surgical treatment is available for early and effective eschar removal. MediWound has completed the recruitment of patients to study MW2010-03-02 (DETECT Study). The timeline for patients' follow-up and potential for approval in 2021/2022, creates a significant gap in the ability of clinical practitioner's to maintain their knowledge and skills in using NexoBrid as they no longer treat eligible patients. The expanded access protocol will allow to expand treatment to additional patients in up to 30 US burn centers (DETECT sites and additional sites). The proposed protocol will allow product availability to eligible population and keep the clinical use of the product knowledge active in the burn care community introducing it to their routine burn care. The BLA assessment was completed and NexoBrid is approved for use in adults in the US. Adult enrollment is closed, and only pediatric patients will continue to be recruited for this treatment protocol. The purpose of this treatment protocol is to provide NexoBrid to patients with DPT and FT thermal burns on up to 30% TBSA. This protocol is also designed to collect and evaluate the safety and clinical performance of NexoBrid in this patient population.

The project is a randomized, two-arm trial assessing the immediate impact of upper and lower cervical chiropractic adjustments on brain and heart patterns. Thirty individuals (15 per arm) will be recruited from the general population to participate in the study. Qualified participants will undergo a chiropractic physical exam, assessing for cervical subluxations, and a health history review with a Georgia licensed chiropractor. Individuals will be randomized to either an adjustment group or sham group. The adjustment group will receive an upper and lower cervical adjustment with an instrument designed to provide a gentle, targeted adjustment. The sham group will receive a touch sham at similar cervical locations with the same instrument. Both groups will have a 1-hour recording session with an EEG and ECG set-up plus a series of baseline recordings, interventions, and post recordings.

This is a study that will test how an experimental drug (enfortumab vedotin) affects patients with cancer of the urinary system (urothelial cancer). This type of cancer includes cancer of the bladder, renal pelvis, ureter or urethra that has spread to nearby tissues or to other areas of the body. This clinical trial will enroll patients who were previously treated with a kind of anticancer drug called an immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI). Some CPIs have been approved for the treatment of urothelial cancer. This study will test if the cancer shrinks with treatment. This study will also look at the side effects of the drug. A side effect is a response to a drug that is not part of the treatment effect. Patients who sign up for this trial must also fall into one of these categories: * Patients have already received treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy * Patients have never received platinum-containing treatment and are not eligible for treatment with cisplatin.

This is a Multinational, Multicenter, retrospective study for the evaluation of the standalone efficacy and safety of an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technology-based end-to-end Computer assisted Detection/Computer Assisted Diagnosis (CADe/CADx) Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) developed to detect, localize and characterize malignant, and suspicious for lung cancer nodules on Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) scans taken as part of a Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) program. LDCT Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) images of patients who underwent lung cancer screening were selected and included into the study. Selected scans will then be analyzed by the CADe/CADx SaMD and compared to radiologist generated reference standards including lesions localization and lesion cancer diagnosis. Figures of merit at patient level and lesion level detection and diagnostic efficacy will be calculated as well as sub-class analysis to ensure algorithm performance generalizability.

This research study uses a cluster randomized controlled trial design to evaluate the effectiveness of Treatment Text (TXTXT) intervention on adherence and viral load suppression at 3- and 6- months post intervention initiation for youth and young adults with HIV. A total of 12 clinics will be randomized into one of the following two conditions: 1. Comparison Arm (n=6 clinics)- Clinics randomized to the comparison arm will have participants receive the standard of care for 3 months, followed by a 3-month intervention period. 2. Intervention Arm (n=6 clinics)- Clinics randomized to the intervention arm will have participants receive the TXTXT intervention for 6 months.

This Phase I-II dose-finding trial to determine the optimal dose of intravenous (IV) injection dose of donor-derived cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) specific for CMV, EBV, BKV and Adenovirus. A maximum of 36 patients will be treated in up to 18 cohorts each of size 2, with the first cohort treated at the lowest dose level 1, all successive doses chosen by the EffTox method, and no untried dose level skipped when escalating. The scientific goal of the trial is to determine an optimal IV-CTL cell dose level among the three doses 1.0x107cells/m2, 2 x107cells/m2 and 5x107cells/m2., hereafter dose levels 1, 2, 3. Dose-finding will be done using the sequentially adaptive EffTox trade-off-based design of Thall et al.

Adults with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) who have completed study 161403 will be able to take part in this study. The main aim of the study is to evaluate side effects in the long-term treatment with HYQVIA/HyQvia. All participants will receive HYQVIA/HyQvia in the same way as they were receiving in study 161403. The dosing interval of HYQVIA/HyQvia can be adjusted after 12 weeks of treatment in study 161505 if the study doctor determines that it is safe to do so. Participants will visit the clinic within 1 week after the first and second dose of HYQVIA/HyQvia and then every 12 weeks for the duration of the study.

The Motiva Flora® Tissue Expander clinical study (hereafter Motiva Flora® TE study) is a 6-month, open-label, prospective, multicentre post-marketing follow-up study designed to confirm the Safety and Effectiveness/Performance of Motiva Flora® TE in breast reconstruction surgery. The study will include 136 women, planned for staged breast reconstruction, in 6 countries (Spain, Belgium, France, Costa Rica, Chile and Panama). Breast tissue expansion and the final breast implant will be performed using devices from the Motiva Flora® TE catalogue.
