This study is investigating how Mim8 works compared to other medicines in people with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medicine that will be used for prevention of bleeding episodes. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). When and how often participants will receive Mim8 is dependent on their previous treatment - but is otherwise decided by chance. Mim8 will be injected into a skinfold on the stomach with a thin needle either once a week or once a month. The study will last 54-124 weeks (12-29 months) depending on how long participants will be followed in run-in before they start treatment and if they continue in the follow period or transfer to an open label extension study. Participants will have 12-17 clinic visits.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the benefits of beat-accented music stimulation (BMS) for behavioral changes of physical activity (PA) in older adults. Specific Aims are to determine (1) whether BMS beneficially influences PA behaviors and psychological responses to PA in older adults for 6 months, and (2) whether exercising with BMS differently influences physical and cognitive functioning as well as quality of life in older adults. To test the effects of BMS on PA, participants will be randomly assigned to an exercise intervention that either includes BMS or does not include BMS. Participants will attend a supervised group strength training (ST) (30 min/day) and aerobic exercise (AE) (30-50 min/day) session for 3 days/week for the first 2 months, 1 day/week for the next 2 months (while encouraging participants to independently perform both AE and ST on other days), and independently for the final 2 months (always with a goal of performing \>150min/week AE and 3 days/week of ST for 30 min/day.

The purpose of this research study is to collect subject perceptions or feelings about their treatment. Participation includes a survey from individuals who are receiving a stress or anxiety-relieving topical patch \[Super Patch PEACE Patch with Haptic Vibrotactile Trigger Technology (VTT)\] and assigned to a Treatment Group or given a Sham patch, assigned to the Control Group, to address symptoms or stress and anxiety symptoms using validated scales \[for example, The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) or Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-20 (SF-20)\].

This research study proposes to quantify the efficacy of the novel high intensity body-weight circuit (HIBC) training intervention on metabolic profile, body composition, and health related fitness exercise in middle aged persons with type-2 diabetes (T2DM). This research project is extremely relevant to public health, in that prevalence of T2DM continues to rise on a national and global scale, placing a heavy economic cost on both the healthcare industry and the individual patient in an age-dependent fashion. Results of this study may provide an effective and appealing alternative exercise intervention for cardiometabolic disease management in adults with T2DM, and have significant clinical and public health applications.

The BREATHE trial is a parallel-group, pragmatic, randomized clinical trial comparing the effectiveness of smaller versus larger endotracheal tubes for mechanical ventilation of critically ill adults at 7 geographically diverse centers. A total of 3,180 critically ill adults undergoing tracheal intubation in the ED or ICU will be enrolled. Enrolled patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either a smaller endotracheal tube (a 6.5 mm endotracheal tube for patients shorter than 64 inches and a 7.0 mm endotracheal for patients at least 64 inches) or a larger endotracheal tube (a 7.5 mm endotracheal tube for patients shorter than 64 inches and a 8.0 mm endotracheal for patients at least 64 inches). Patients will be followed for 6 months after enrollment. The primary outcome will be breathlessness at 6 months. The secondary outcomes will be voice quality and swallowing at 6 months.

The goal of this study is to learn if giving cemiplimab and vidutolimod together could be effective in treating advanced cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How many participants' cancers respond to vidutolimod together with cemiplimab? * Is vidutolimod together with cemiplimab safe and well-tolerated? * How well does vidutolimod together with cemiplimab treat participants' cancer? Participants will receive trial treatment for up to 2 years. 30 days after stopping treatment, participants will have a follow-up visit. After that visit, the trial staff will continue to follow up with participants about every 3 months, until the trial ends.

This study is looking at how safe it is to switch from emicizumab to Mim8, in people with haemophilia A. Mim8 is a new medicine that is used to prevent bleeding episodes in people with haemophilia A. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). Mim8 will be injected under the skin using a pen-injector either once every week, once every two weeks or once every month. The participants will be trained in using the pen injector. The participants can choose themselves, in collaboration with the study doctor how often they get Mim8 in this study. When the participant will get their first Mim8 injection depends on their current treatment with emicizumab. The participants will get their first Mim8 injection at Visit 2. Participants will have between 6 and 27 Mim8 injections. The total number of injections participants will have depends on their dosing frequency. The study will last for about 6-12 months. While taking part in this study, there are some restrictions about what medicine participant can use. The study doctor will tell the participants more about this. In case the participants experience bleeds, these can be treated with additional haemostatic medicine as agreed with the study doctor. Female participants cannot take part if they are pregnant, breast-feeding or plan to get pregnant during the study period.

Study J3Z-MC-OJAE is a Phase 1/2, multicenter, open-label, dose-finding study of LY3884961 evaluating the safety and tolerability in adults with peripheral manifestations of GD. Up to 3 dose levels of LY3884961 will be assessed in 3 dose-finding cohorts of 3 patients. Following this, up to 6 patients may be enrolled in an expansion cohort. For each enrolled patient, the study will be approximately 5 years in duration, including up to a 60-day screening period. During the first 18 months after dosing, subjects will be evaluated for the effects of LY3884961 on safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, biomarkers, and efficacy. Patients will be followed for an additional 42 months to monitor safety, immunogenicity, and selected biomarker and efficacy parameters.

Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) for iron are based on a relatively small number of studies in European populations. This research study will determine iron needs in a representative sample of adults living in the US using the iron isotope dilution technique. Following administration and equilibration of a stable iron isotope, participants will be followed for a 12 week study period. Blood will be collected every 4 weeks and the isotopic composition will be determined. Results will help update dietary iron guidelines making sure they better match the specific needs of the US population.

A Phase II randomized trial will be initiated to evaluate closure of the perforated tympanic membrane as the primary measureable outcome. The goal is to determine the safety and efficacy of Fibroblast Growth Factor-2 (FGF-2) in the closure of chronic tympanic membrane perforations (TMP). If FGF-2 is topically applied for the treatment of chronic TMP in humans, it is hypothesized it will be safe, tolerable and effective for use as treatment for tympanic membrane perforation. A total of 60 subjects will be recruited.
