This is a trial to measure the effectiveness and safety of the invisa-RED® IR REHAB device. The researchers will compare the muscle and joint pain relief of participants who are treated with the real machine, to those treated with a non-working "look-a-like" device. If there is a significant difference of pain relief between those treated with the real machine and those treated with the 'look-a-like' device and no safety issues are discovered, the researchers will be able to assume the IR REHAB device is safe and effective for the treatment of muscle and joint pain.

In addition, the study aims to assess the safety profile of the combined APR-246 and carboplatin/PLD chemotherapy regimen compared with carboplatin/PLD chemotherapy regimen alone, to evaluate potential biomarkers, and to assess the biological activity in tumor and surrogate tissues. The trial will enroll up to a maximum of 400 patients.

The goal of this phase 1/2 clinical trial is to investigate the safety of an investigational drug called VIO-01 when taken by people who have different types of solid tumor cancers. There are two parts to this trial, part 1 and part 2. Part 1 of the trial aims to answer these questions: * The safety and tolerability of VIO-01 when it is given alone or in combination with other anti-cancer therapies. * The highest dose that people can take without having unacceptable side effects * How well your body tolerates the drug alone or in combination, how they are absorbed, and the effects they have on your disease. Part 2 of the trial will further test VIO-01's effect in participants with advanced HRRm or HRD+ solid tumors and HRRm/HRD+ recurrent ovarian cancer. This protocol describes the pivotal accuracy study for the IdentiClone Dx TRG Assay. The intent of the accuracy study is to demonstrate agreement between the results of the IC TRG Dx Assay and a predicate devise or assay on retrospective and residual de-identified DNA extracted from FFPE (Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded) samples from individuals with suspected T-Cell Lymphoproliferations. The predicate device will be the LymphoTrack Dx TRG (FR1/FR2/FR3) Assays - MiSeq (LT Dx TRG-CE-IVD), which is a CE-IVD assay with a similar intended use as the IC TRG Assay on the same sample type.
