Further objective is to evaluate the efficacy of perfluorohexyloctane (NOV03) solution during long-term use in subjects with DED associated with MGD.
NCT03664960
This is a Phase 2, open-label, extension study to assess the safety and tolerability of AK002, given monthly for up to 26 doses.
NCT04294030
This study is designed to compare the performance of the NOWDx HSV-2 Test to a currently marketed device. The intent is to show the rapid test device is comparable to the currently marketed device. The NOWDx HSV-2 Test is intended for qualitatively detecting the presence or absence of human Immunoglobulin G (IgG) class antibodies to HSV-2 in human whole blood to aid in the diagnosis of infection caused by herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2).
NCT04780217
A Phase 1/2a Open-Label Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study of T3011 when Administered Intravenously as a Single Agent and in Combination with Other Therapy in Subjects with Advanced Solid Tumors
NCT04859660
The aim of this study is to determine if a one time dose of tamsulosin given pre-operatively decreases the time to void and the time to discharge after minimally invasive hysterectomy.
NCT03343535
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the OCS™ Lung System to recruit, preserve and assess non-ideal donor lungs that may not meet current standard donor lung acceptance criteria for transplantation.
NCT01574053
Enroll-HD is a longitudinal, observational, multinational study that integrates two former Huntington's disease (HD) registries-REGISTRY in Europe, and COHORT in North America and Australasia-while also expanding to include sites in Latin America. More than 30,000 participants have now enrolled into the study. With annual assessments and no end date, Enroll-HD has built a large and rich database of longitudinal clinical data and biospecimens that form the basis for studies developing tools and biomarkers for progression and prognosis, identifying clinically-relevant phenotypic characteristics, and establishing clearly defined endpoints for interventional studies. Periodic cuts of the database are now available to any interested researcher to use in their research - visit www.enroll-hd.org/for-researchers/access-data/ to learn more.
NCT01474811
The primary purpose of the HCV-TARGET study is to establish a nationwide registry of patients undergoing treatment with antiviral therapies for chronic hepatitis C (HCV) at both academic and community practices.
NCT03343301
The primary objective of the phase 1 portion of this study is to determine the recommended dose of bemarituzumab in combination with 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin and oxaliplatin (modified FOLFOX6) to use in the phase 2 portion of the trial.
NCT05005273
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of BMS-986207 in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab as first-line treatment for participants with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT03694522
The main objective of the Phase 2 part of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of bemarituzumab (FPA144), a targeted antibody, in combination with modified FOLFOX6 compared to placebo in combination with modified FOLFOX6 in participants with advanced gastrointestinal cancer.
NCT03382639
The purpose of this study is to determine whether add-on luvadaxistat is superior to placebo on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale Negative Symptom Factor Score (PANSS NSFS).
NCT00867048
Objectives: * To find out if the chance of developing a serious illness or of getting AIDS is less if patients start taking HIV medicines at a time when their cluster-of-differentiation-4 (CD4)+ cell count is still fairly high, instead of waiting until the CD4+ count is at the level where there is good evidence for starting medicines. * To learn more about how a strategy of starting HIV medicines early might affect other aspects of care, such as the chances of developing other illnesses or resistance to HIV medicines, the frequency of doctor visits, the cost of medical care, and general health and satisfaction.
NCT06285929
The goal of this study is to evaluate the pilot phase of ACS Cares to identify key implementation outcomes and assess effectiveness of the program to improve distress, enhance communication, and reduce missed appointments and healthcare utilization.
NCT04399239
AuriNovo provides a patient-specific, biological construct for use in the surgical reconstruction of the external ear in people born with microtia Grades II-IV. This Phase 1 / 2A study is being conducted to collect preliminary safety data on microtic ear reconstruction using AuriNovo, fine-tune technical, logistical, surgical, and post-surgical care aspects related to implantation, and to gather preliminary efficacy data including short- and longer-term in vivo duration and biological status of the implant.
NCT04372628

NCT04540705
The purpose of this study is in Part 1, to determine the safety of nivolumab, bempegaldesleukin (BEMPEG: NKTR-214), and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) combination.
NCT05021978
This is a 2-part clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of 40 and 120 mg oral PRAX-944 compared to placebo in the treatment of adults with essential tremor. Part A is designed to study the dose titration from 20 to 40 mg every morning (QAM) (ie, 2 weeks with 7 days at each dose level). Part B is designed to study the dose titration from 20 to up to 120 mg QAM with at least 14 days of dosing at the highest tolerated dose for each participant. Blood levels of PRAX-944 will also be measured throughout the trial and pharmacokinetics will be evaluated.
NCT03051516
This phase IV trial studies how well human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine therapy works in interrupting progression in patients with high-grade vulvar or anal lesions.
