The goal of this clinical trial is to compare Xplane ultrasound with radiography for guidance of lumbar interforamen puncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * The feasibility that the Xplane ultrasound assists surgeon in mastering lumbar interforamen puncture faster than radiography. * The clinical accuracy and safety of the Xplane ultrasound-guidance lumbar interforamen puncture faster. Participants will undergo lumbar interforamen puncture with guidance of Xplane ultrasound or radiography. If there is a comparison group: Researchers will compare the first success rate, number of punctures, number of radiographies, puncture time and operator confidence score.

Aquatic physiotherapy in warm water pool (AP) is thought to be a helpful treatment for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). A 40-week program can provide an opportunity to achieve positive results. Potentiel effects of AP for veterans with PTSD: Relaxation and stress reduction, anxiety and mood regulation, body awareness and grounding, strength and flexibility and social interactions and camaraderie.

With the continuous advancement of ultrasonic technology, nerve block in which drugs are injected into the periphery of the target nerve through ultrasonic guidance has become the mainstream method for postoperative pain control. The quadratus lumborum nerve block has been effectively and safely used in abdominal surgery (such as laparotomy, caesarean section, etc.), effectively reducing postoperative wounds and visceral pain. There is no research on the use of quadratus lumborum nerve block to control the pain of natural postpartum uterine contractions in the current literature, so the purpose of this experiment is to explore whether the quadratus lumborum nerve block can effectively reduce the pain of uterine contractions after vaginal delivery.
