The study aims to investigate the pharmacokinetic of ropivacaine in patients undergoing ultrasound guided thoracic paravertebral block (TPVB) both after a single-bolus injection via the thoracic paravertebral catheter given before the start of surgery and after continuous thoracic paravertebral infusion that will start after the end of the procedure in order to achieve postoperative analgesia after open thoracotomy during the first 3 postoperative days

Rationale: Intrasaccular neck occlusion devices have been used for unruptured aneurysm without safety concerns and good occlusion rates. In the setting of a subarachnoid hemorrhage, they could improve the rate of complete occlusion without safety concerns. Aim: To explore the safety and efficacy of intrasaccular neck occlusion devices in patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by a ruptured saccular aneurysm by a one arm prospective registry. Study outcome: The primary outcomes is the rate of complete occlusion (Raymond-Roy I) and rebleeding at one year follow-up. The primary safety outcome is rate of rebleeding during the admission.

This study aimed to define the independent risk factors related cardiac events (cardiac death or heart failure-related hospitalization) among heart failure with mildly reduced ejection fraction (HFmrEF) patients who discharged from the Xiangtan Central Hospital. Through the long-term follow-up the cardiovascular outcome of patients being discharged from the hospital, the risk factors related to cardiovascular outcome (cardiac death or heart failure-related hospitalization) will be explored to provide clinical evidence to intervene the discharged HFmrEF patients aiming to improve patients outcome in the future clinical practice.
