NCT05355857
With 18F-FDG PET, we have few atlases of normality allowing the realization of objective quantitative analyses. An atlas of normality is a probabilistic atlas of normal FDG uptake from a representative set of brain PET images of healthy subjects. This type of atlas is essential for intra- and inter-individual comparisons. Accurate quantitative analysis of brain 18F-FDG PET images acquired on a hybrid PET system has been shown to require an institutional normal database for statistical analyzes (Akdemir et al., JNM 2017 and Della Rosa et al Neuroinformatics, 2014).

Applying specific opening mobilization of cervical intervertebral foramen is still unclear as well as the effect of mobilization on intervertebral foramen dimensions. using CT guidance to determine the wright direction of mobilization through studying the kinematics of intervertebral foramen will enhance better results and less risk of mobilization during manual therapy of cervical canal stenosis.
NCT03036670
EGPA (Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis, previously Churg-Strauss syndrome) is a rare vasculitis, characterised by asthma, rhinosinusitis and eosinophilia. There has previously been confusion around diagnostic criteria, with multiple sets of classification criteria being used inappropriately for diagnosis. The ERS formed a taskforce to produce specific diagnostic criteria, and these divided the Churg-Strauss Syndrome cohort into two groups - vasculitic EGPA and tissular Hypereosinophilic Asthma with Systemic Manifestations (HASM). It is not known if the groups separated by the diagnostic criteria are also separated in clinical symptomatology, or if their disease course varies, and this could have significant impact on management and further research.
