NCT00500071
Assess the efficacy \& tolerability of Vyvanse when children aged 6-12 years diagnosed with ADHD are dosed to optimal effect.
NCT03163199
Primary objective: To document change in translesional pressure gradients (TLPGs) and ratios (fractional flow reserve) using the NAVVUS RXi catheter following endovascular treatment for symptomatic lower extremity peripheral arterial disease. Secondary objectives: * Evaluation of correlation of the ABI and TBI and TLPGs at baseline and following endovascular therapy * Evaluation of the correlation between the change in WIQ, TCOMs, wound size and change in TLPGS * Evaluation of correlation between lesion severity by QVA (MLD, % diameter stenosis) and TLPGs * Evaluation of baseline MLA, MLD, plaque burden by intravascular ultrasound (optional) and TLPGs
NCT00366145
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and gather additional safety information for Prochymal® in participants who have failed to respond to steroid treatment of Grades B-D acute GVHD.
NCT00369317
This phase III trial is studying how well combination chemotherapy works in treating young patients with Down syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells.
NCT00983437
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of long-term (12 months) armodafinil treatment in patients with excessive sleepiness associated with mild or moderate closed traumatic brain injury (TBI).
NCT03033069
To evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability of brexpiprazole (with placebo) as monotherapy or combination therapy with Zoloft (sertraline) in adults with PTSD.
NCT02399228
The initial proposed clinical study will be conducted in adult head and neck cancer subjects. This will be an open-labeled, proof of concept trial to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of EISO in a form of oral rinse as adjunctive therapy to standard of care. Santalis believes that the proposed study is a prudent and appropriate approach to investigate the potential of their product to prevent or improve oral mucositis symptoms commonly seen in subjects undergoing radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy.
NCT04452565
This Phase 2/3 trial evaluates four treatment strategies for non-critically ill hospitalized participants (not requiring ICU admission and/or mechanical ventilation) with SARS CoV-2 infection, in which participants will receive NA-831 or Atazanavir with or without Dexamethasone.
NCT03953079
Phase 2b, multicenter, visual examiner-masked, randomized active-controlled, parallel-arm design study to evaluate the safety and duration of repeated IVT injections of 3 dose levels of GB-102 compared with aflibercept.
NCT01324232
The objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of 3 doses of AVP-923 capsules in the treatment of central neuropathic pain in participants with multiple sclerosis.
NCT03688074
A phase 2, multicentre, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study to evaluate the effect of tezepelumab on airway inflammation in adults with inadequately controlled asthma.
NCT00352365
This phase II trial is studying how well lenalidomide works in treating older patients with acute myeloid leukemia with abnormal chromosome 5q. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing.
NCT01059448
This is an extension study for subjects who participated in Protocol 20090061 (NCT00950989). All subjects in this study will receive a 210mg injection of AMG827 for treatment for their Rheumatoid Arthritis for up to 5 years.
NCT03626012
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BIIB078 in adults with C9ORF72-Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The secondary objectives of this study are to evaluate the pharmacokinetic profile of BIIB078 and to evaluate the effects of BIIB078 on clinical function. As the first-in-human study, the study enrolls a small number of participants in each cohort. Every participant in a cohort is treated with the same dose or placebo. The study is designed to evaluate and confirm the safety of each dose before enrolling and exposing new participants to a higher dose in the next cohort.
NCT00730639
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of MDX-1106 in patients with certain types of cancer. Another purpose is to determine how MDX-1106 is absorbed and distributed within the body, and how it's eventually eliminated.
NCT01687153
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are common combat related problems and may be associated with a greater risk of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The purpose of this study is to examine the possible connections between TBI and PTSD, and the signs and symptoms of AD on Veterans as they age. The information collected will help to learn more about how these injuries may affect Veterans of the Vietnam War as they grow older, as well as Veterans of the current wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, who also have these types of combat related injuries.
NCT01901289
The Zilver® PTX® V Clinical Study is a post-market clinical trial required by the US FDA to provide continued evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the Zilver PTX Drug-Eluting Peripheral Stent in treatment of narrowing of the femoropopliteal arteries.
NCT03527238
Clinical trial applying Phenotypic Precision Medicine (PPM) to tacrolimus dosing in liver and/or kidney transplant recipients to show improvement in maintaining drug trough levels within the target range.
NCT04469140
The investigators wish to better understand the role of the choriocapillaris (CC) in the formation and progression of non-exudative in age related macular degeneration (armd) by imaging the retinal pigment epithelium (rpe) and the choroidal microvasculature and by studying their inter-dependence to determine if the loss of the CC could prove useful as an anatomic clinical trial endpoint in future drug trials.
