NCT03912831
This study has 2 parts: Phase 1A and Phase 1B. The primary objectives of Phase 1A are to evaluate the safety of KITE-439 and to determine a recommended Phase 1B dose. The primary objective of Phase 1B is to estimate the efficacy of KITE-439 in adults who are human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A\*02:01+ and have relapsed/refractory human papillomavirus (HPV)16+ cancers.
NCT04417894
The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of dupilumab on skin lesions in patients with atopic hand and foot dermatitis. The secondary objectives of the study are: * To assess the efficacy of dupilumab on various other domains (pruritus, pain, sleep loss, health related QoL, work life impairment) in patients with atopic hand and foot dermatitis * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of dupilumab administered to patients with atopic hand and foot dermatitis * To evaluate systemic exposure and immunogenicity of dupilumab in patients with atopic hand and foot dermatitis
NCT00002965
RATIONALE: Interferon alfa may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of interferon alfa in treating patients with recurrent unresectable meningiomas and malignant meningiomas.
NCT02928224
This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, 3-arm Phase 3 study to evaluate encorafenib + cetuximab plus or minus binimetinib versus Investigator's choice of either irinotecan/cetuximab or FOLFIRI/cetuximab, as controls, in patients with BRAFV600E mCRC whose disease has progressed after 1 or 2 prior regimens in the metastatic setting. The study contains a Safety Lead-in Phase in which the safety and tolerability of encorafenib + binimetinib + cetuximab will be assessed prior to the Phase 3 portion of the study.
NCT02923193
Shockwave Medical Inc. intends to conduct a prospective, multi-center, single blind, randomized (1:1) study of Lithoplasty treatment used in combination with DCB versus standard balloon angioplasty used in combination with DCB to treat moderate and severely calcified femoropopliteal arteries. Assuming that roughly 15% of the subjects will be lost-to-follow-up, a total of up to 400 subjects (200 per treatment arm) will be enrolled in the study at up to 60 sites in Europe, the United States and New Zealand. In addition to the randomized study, an observational study of subjects who do not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria for the randomized study will be conducted. The objective of the observational study is to assess the real-world acute performance of the Shockwave Medical Peripheral Lithoplasty System in the treatment of calcified, stenotic, peripheral arteries. The observational study is a prospective, multi-center, single arm observational study for subjects who do not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria of the randomized study. A maximum of 1500 subjects at the same 60 sites will be enrolled in the observational study. Once enrollment in the randomized portion of the study is complete, subjects may continue to be enrolled in the observational study provided they meet OS eligibility criteria. Results for the observational study will be reported in a separate record under NCT05881421.
NCT03230318
This Phase II, open-label, single-arm study evaluated the anti-cancer activity of derazantinib in subjects with inoperable or advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) who received at least one prior regimen of systemic therapy. Patients received an oral once-daily total dose of 300 mg derazantinib capsules.
NCT02660580
The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of MSB11022 and Humira® in adult subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque type psoriasis.
NCT03863080
The purpose of the current study is to assess safety/tolerability and key pharmacodynamic (PD) effects that are considered to be associated with clinical benefit (reduction of total IgG and anti-AChR-IgG) in Myasthenia Gravis patients following treatment with RVT-1401 (also known as IMVT-1401) compared to placebo.
NCT03337620
This is a double blind placebo-controlled study which will evaluate the efficacy of bupivacaine compared to saline, delivered by the Tx360® device to the sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG), to treat chronic migraine headache. The Tx360® is a nasal applicator which is cleared through the FDA for transnasal medication delivery, including delivery to the SPG. The SPG has been implicated in a variety of cephalalgias. It is critical to the success of this intervention that the blocking agent be accurately delivered to this area as it is the only non-bony access to the pterygopalatine fossa (PPF). Subjects meeting inclusion/exclusion criteria will receive 12 intranasal treatments to the SPG over a period of 4 weeks with follow-up monthly for an additional 3 months post-treatment.
NCT03572348
The investigators want to verify whether the surgical outcome of vessel-sparing anastomotic repair in isolated short bulbar urethral strictures is not inferior to the surgical outcome of transecting anastomotic repair. Furthermore, the investigators compare the functional outcome of both techniques verifying if there is less erectile dysfunction after vessel-sparing anastomotic repair than after transecting anastomotic repair.
NCT03585270
This study will evaluate if clazosentan (on top of normal routine medical care) can reduce the risk of developing complications related to cerebral vasospasm and permanent brain damage as compared to normal routine medical care alone.
NCT04506684
The LINQ™ Respiration study will collect and characterize Reveal LINQ™ derived respiration data from patients undergoing a simulated 24-hour time period while being monitored with capnography.
NCT04585763
