NCT06059066
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and standardize the way providers perform OnabotulinumtoxinA (BTX-A) injections into the bladder for the diagnosis of neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction (NLUTD)/overactive bladder (OAB). NLUTD/OAB is a syndrome that affects many people, and includes urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urgency incontinence, and nocturia. This syndrome can be challenging to treat and often requires procedural management - including BTX-A injections into the bladder.
NCT06240455
This is a Phase 2, double-blind, placebo controlled, Methimazole (MMI) withdrawal study in subjects with Graves' disease. The study consists of up to 5 periods: a screening period of up to 2 weeks; a WP1302 or placebo titration with Methimazole period of 12 weeks; a Full dose of WP1302 or placebo with Methimazole tapering period of 26 weeks; a follow-up period of 4 weeks; and an extended follow-up period of 6 months. After screening, eligible subjects will be randomized to treatment at a ratio (stratified by size of goiter \[grade 0 or 1; grade 2\], WHO classification) of 1:1:1:1 to either any group of Methimazole with WP1302 at a dose of 400 μg, 800 μg, or 1200 μg, or the group of Methimazole with placebo. All the subjects will subsequently be enrolled in an extended safety follow-up period for an additional 6 months. Subjects who remain euthyroid will continue to be monitored for efficacy during the long-term follow-up.
NCT02983578
This phase II trial studies how well danvatirsen and durvalumab work in treating patients with pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and mismatch repair deficient colorectal cancer that has spread to other places in the body and does not respond to treatment. Danvatirsen may be used to block the production of proteins needed for tumor cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving danvatirsen and durvalumab may work better at treating pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and mismatch repair deficient colorectal cancer.
NCT05179824
Observational study that will be collecting clinical and molecular health information from cancer patients who have received comprehensive genomic profiling and meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined for each cohort with the goal of conducting research to advance cancer care and create a dataset that furthers cancer research.
NCT02624947
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of maternal immunization during the third trimester of pregnancy with the RSV F vaccine against medically-significant RSV lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI), as defined by hypoxemia or tachypnea at rest, through the first 90, 120, 150, and 180 days of life in infants.
NCT05799066
The goal of this prospective reliability study is to test the effectiveness of a commercially available, off-the-shelf virtual reality head-mounted display (VR HMD) and machine learning (ML) algorithms in detecting Relative Afferent Pupillary Defect (RAPD) in a group of subjects with known RAPD and another group with no known RAPD. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the use of the VR HMD and ML to replace the standard of care swinging flashlight test provide a more reliable and objective pupil measurement to detect RAPD? * Can RAPD be detected by the VR HMD and ML algorithms at an earlier stage than the standard of care swinging light test? Participants will be asked to undergo the standard of care swinging flashlight test, have their pupils manually measured, then have the test repeated using the VR HMD and ML. Researchers will compare the measurements taken manually, following the standard of care swinging light test and those recorded by the VR HMD and ML to help answer the above questions.
NCT04104776
The purpose of this open-label, first-in-human (FIH) trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary clinical activity of Tulmimetostat as a monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.
NCT05879107
The purpose of this study is to assess the ability of RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine to generate an immune response when given in combination with PCV20 and its safety in older adults, aged ≥60 years of age.
NCT06069934
Protocol PL101-ALS501: This EAP will provide access to pridopidine for up to 200 patients with ALS who are ineligible for clinical trials.
NCT02577406
This is an international, multicenter, open-label, randomized, Phase 3 study comparing the efficacy and safety of AG-221 versus conventional care regimens (CCRs) in subjects 60 years or older with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) refractory to or relapsed after second- or third-line AML therapy and positive for an isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH2) mutation.
NCT03158688
Compare carfizomib, dexamethasone, and daratumumab (KdD) to Carfilzomib and dexamethasone (Kd) in terms of progression free survival (PFS) in participants with multiple myeloma who have relapsed after 1 to 3 prior therapies.
NCT03913689
This Registry study will prospectively evaluate the long-term effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of the StimRouter Neuromodulation System, along with evaluating the technical performance of StimRouter, surgical outcomes, health-related quality of life, concomitant medical use, and subject's impression of improvement.
NCT03080883
This randomized phase III trial studies the best dose of apixaban and how well it works in preventing secondary cancer related venous thrombosis in cancer patients who have completed anticoagulation therapy. Apixaban may help in prevention by blocking some of the enzymes needed for venous thrombosis.

The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the long term safety and effectiveness of the Carpentier-Edwards® PERIMOUNT Magna Mitral Valves in patients undergoing mitral valve replacement with or without concomitant procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass.
NCT03710876
This study will evaluate intrapleural administration of Adenovirus-Delivered Interferon Alpha-2b (rAd-IFN) in combination with Celecoxib and Gemcitabine in patients with histologically confirmed Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM) who have failed a minimum of 1 treatment regimen and a maximum of 2 treatment regimens, 1 of which must have been an anti-folate and platinum combination regimen. Eligible patients will be randomized 1:1 to either: 1. Treatment group: rAd-IFN + Celecoxib followed by Gemcitabine 2. Control group: Celecoxib followed by Gemcitabine Patients randomized to the treatment group will receive rAd-IFN administered into the pleural space via an Intrapleural catheter (IPC) or similar intrapleural device on study Day 1. The primary objective of this study is to compare the overall survival (OS) associated with rAd IFN, when administered with celecoxib and gemcitabine, versus that associated with celecoxib and gemcitabine alone for the treatment of patients with MPM
NCT03007589
The purpose of this study is to assess how human skin reacts and how sunscreens and sun protection fabrics protect in natural sunlight compared to their labeled claims, indoor testing methods (existing or modified) and instructions.
NCT02807181
The study planned to evaluate the benefit of applying Selective Internal Radiation Therapy (SIRT) using SIR-Spheres Y-90 resin microspheres prior to receiving systemic chemotherapy treatment (cisplatin-gemcitabine, or CIS-GEM) in patients with unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Half of the patients were randomized to CIS-GEM chemotherapy plus SIRT, and half of the patients were randomized to CIS-GEM alone.
