The investigators are aiming to examine the acceptability and feasibility of a portable bright light therapy instrument to improve sleep disturbance in a preventive intervention for depression. The investigators will conduct an intervention that trials the use of bright light glasses called "re-timers" as a preventive intervention in older adults with sleep disturbance and subsyndromal symptoms of depression.

The aim of this post market study is to assess the impact of sleep-disordered breathing on the well-being of patients according to the treatment chosen, i.e. with or without implantation of the remedē® system to treat sleep-disordered breathing.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a serious sleep disorder in which a person's breathing is restricted during sleep. Obese individuals with OSA are at an increased risk of inflammation and heart conditions, but it is unknown whether this risk is related to the effects of OSA or obesity. This study will evaluate whether OSA or obesity plays the primary role in inflammation related to heart disease. The study will also determine the independent effects of OSA and obesity on insulin resistance and blood vessel function.
