NCT04253964
This pilot study is configured as a non-inferiority comparison of Performance Status 2 patients with Performance Status 0-1 patients, with the goal of demonstrating non-inferiority in terms of efficacy (progression-free survival, overall survival) and safety (rates of adverse events, quality of life) when treating Performance Status 2 patients with the same first-line immunotherapy-based regimen as Performance Status 0-1 patients.
NCT07483112
In the present study 'Fiber-Boost', we investigate how a high-fiber diet affects the immunotherapy of advanced lung cancer and what effects it has on the gut microbiome (i.e., the bacteria in the gut) as well as the immune system. Study participants will be assigned to either a test group or a control group. Only patients in the test group will undergo a high-fiber diet. The study lasts 6 weeks per patient and will be conducted at 4 centers within Switzerland. A total of 42 patients are planned to be included in the study.
NCT06124404
This is a Phase II, dose-escalation clinical trial conducted in mechanically ventilated patients receiving sedation no longer than 24 hours. The efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of remimazolam besylate were evaluated using a randomized, single-blind design.
NCT06220162
Chidamide in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine (VAC) were expected to improve remission rate of patients following to VA regimen treatment failure.
NCT04372875
We will compare differences in sexually transmitted infection (STI) detection rates between sexual health survey (SHS)-derived electronic clinical decision support (CDS) versus usual care (e.g. no provision of CDS) using an interrupted time series design. We hypothesize that population-based STI detection rates will be higher when SHS-derived electronic CDS is provided compared to usual care. Secondary analysis will include a comparison of STI detection rates by sexual risk strata (high risk vs. at risk) and race/ethnicity.
NCT07453615
This study evaluates the effectiveness of an AI-generated therapeutic storytelling video on pre-procedural anxiety and fear levels in children aged 4 to 10 years undergoing their first Skin Prick Test (SPT). The study aims to determine if watching a cognitive preparation video at home prior to the appointment reduces anxiety compared to standard care. Participants will be randomized into two groups: an intervention group watching the AI-generated video and a control group receiving standard clinic care
NCT04635384
AlloHeme is a chimerism test service that utilizes NGS technology to analyze SNP loci to quantify donor and recipient cells by measuring genomic DNA. Before transplant, patient and donor peripheral blood sample will be collected to identify informative marker for routine chimerism testing and baseline establishment for AlloHeme. Post-transplant blood or bone marrow samples are obtained and compared to the baseline sample profiles to calculate % chimerism of recipient cells in the blood and/or bone marrow samples. Cell selection from blood and bone marrow samples is applied to evaluate chimerism in specific cell subtypes that are relevant to AML and MDS diseases (CD3+ T lymphocytes, CD33+ Myeloid cells and CD15+ Granulocyte cell subtypes from blood and CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells from bone marrow).
NCT05006716
Study consists of two main parts to explore BGB-16673 recommended dosing, a Phase 1 monotherapy dose finding comprised of monotherapy dose escalation and monotherapy safety expansion of selected doses, and a Phase 2 (expansion cohorts)
NCT04065399
Phase 1 dose escalation will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of revumenib in participants with acute leukemia. In Phase 2, participants will be enrolled in 4 indication-specific expansion cohorts to determine the efficacy, short- and long-term safety, and tolerability of revumenib.
NCT02838420
This randomized, multicenter, Phase III, open-label study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of alectinib versus crizotinib and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of alectinib in asian participants with treatment-naive ALK-positive advanced NSCLC. Participants will be randomized 2:1 into one of the two treatment groups to receive either alectinib (600 milligrams \[mg\] twice daily \[BID\]) or crizotinib (250 mg BID) orally, respectively.
NCT05275439
SL03-Old Hundred(OHD)-104 is designed as a Phase 1a/1b open label, trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and preliminary efficacy of SL-172154 monotherapy as well as in combination with azacitidine or in combination with Azacitidine and Venetoclax.
NCT07277231
The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of fixed-duration sonrotoclax (also known as BGB-11417) plus zanubrutinib (also known as BGB-3111) (SZ) compared with fixed-duration of venetoclax plus acalabrutinib (AV) in participants with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
NCT07480954
This Phase 1/2 study evaluates the safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cells in participants with recurrent or refractory epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. At screening, each participant's tumor is assessed for expression of Mesothelin (MSLN), Folate Receptor alpha (FRalpha/FOLR1), and MUC16 (CA 125). Participants are assigned to the dual-target CAR-NK product that best matches their tumor antigen profile to reduce the risk of antigen escape.
NCT03021486
This randomized phase II/III trial studies how well haloperidol with or without chlorpromazine works in treating delirium in patients with cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or has come back. Haloperidol and chlorpromazine may control the symptoms of delirium (loss of contact with reality) in patients with cancer.
NCT06699979
The goal of this observational study is to investigate the multi-omics characterization early-stage lung cancer exhibiting distinct phenotypes including lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces, multiple primary lung cancers, and so on. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What are the differences in pathogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer with different phenotypes explored by multi-omics? * Whether differential genes lead to potential prognostic models and therapeutic targets? Participants will be followed up after surgery to answer prognosis: whether they have recurred, and the time to recurrence.
NCT07478900
Study Description This prospective cohort study evaluates the feasibility and effectiveness of pre-neoadjuvant tumor localization using skin tattooing, with or without radiopaque clips, in patients with biopsy-proven T2-T3 breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis. Eligible patients will undergo tumor localization in the supine position with the ipsilateral arm abducted to 90°. Palpable tumor margins will be marked with sterile tattoo ink, and deep or mobile tumors will receive additional localization with ultrasonography-guided radiopaque clips. Following localization, patients will receive standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Tumor response will be monitored clinically and radiologically. Post-therapy, the tattoo markings and/or clips will guide breast-conserving surgery. Primary outcomes include feasibility of breast conservation, achievement of negative margins (R0 resection), and avoidance of mastectomy, while intraoperative technical challenges will also be documented.
NCT07480382
This study evaluates a novel "Dual-Conversion" strategy (mechanical volume conversion via LVD plus biological conversion via cTACE, Tislelizumab, and Lenvatinib) for patients with initially unresectable right-sided hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The primary goal is to assess the rate of successful conversion to R0 resection and the safety profile of this multi-modal approach.
