NCT00075816
The study is designed as a Phase III, randomized, open label, multicenter, prospective, comparative trial of granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF)-mobilized peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) versus marrow from unrelated donors for transplantation in patients with hematologic malignancies. Recipients will be stratified by transplant center and disease risk and will be randomized to either the PBSC or marrow arm in a 1:1 ratio.
NCT03045120
This non-interventional, prospective study will characterize the impact of three approved first and second generation BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitors on cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors in chronic phase CML (CP-CML) patients who are TKI naive and initiating first-line TKIs in routine clinical practice in the US. All treatment decisions will be determined at the discretion of the treating physician(s) and data identifying the cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors will be collected. Additional fasting blood samples (collected following 8 hours of fasting) will be collected during standard of care (SOC)/routine office visits. Additional research imaging will be performed and will be reviewed by core imaging laboratory. As the study is collecting data on management of CML, this study will not influence the prescribing or management practices at participating sites.
NCT02066636
The purpose of this study is to estimate the incidence and characterize the outcome of high grade, select adverse events in subjects with advanced or metastatic NSCLC treated with Nivolumab.
NCT04265534
This is a Phase 2, randomized, multicenter, double-blind study of the glutaminase inhibitor telaglenastat with standard-of-care pembrolizumab and chemotherapy versus placebo with standard-of-care pembrolizumab and chemotherapy for first line treatment of metastatic disease in patients with KEAP1/NRF2-mutated, stage IV, nonsquamous, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study primary endpoints are PFS per RECIST v. 1.1 and safety. KEAP1/NRF2 mutation status (for eligibility) and STK11/LKB1 status (for stratification) will be determined by next generation sequencing. A commercial liquid biopsy (circulating tumor DNA) NGS test will be provided to study participants free of charge.
NCT00858364
This is a study in patients with chemotherapy induced anemia receiving multi-cycle chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary objective of the study is to demonstrate that overall survival (OS) is not worse in participants on darbepoetin alfa treated to a hemoglobin ceiling of 12.0 g/dL compared to participants treated with placebo.
NCT03066778
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab plus standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy (etoposide/platinum \[EP\]) in participants with newly diagnosed extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) who have not previously received systemic therapy for this malignancy. The primary study hypotheses are that pembrolizumab+EP prolongs Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1 by blinded independent central review (BICR) and Overall Survival (OS) compared with placebo+EP in adult participants with ES-SCLC. In this study, RECIST 1.1 has been modified to follow a maximum of 10 target lesions and a maximum of 5 target lesions per organ. With protocol Amendment 07 (03-Oct-2018), the outcome measure of "Change from Baseline at Weeks 12 and 24 in European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 (QLQ-C30) Global Health Status/Quality of Life Scale" was replaced with a single time point analysis at Week 18.
NCT03218683
This study is a multicenter, open-label, nonrandomized, sequential group, dose-escalation study to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of ascending doses of AZD5991 in subjects with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies Part 1 of the study is monotherapy dose escalation. Closed November 2020 Part 2 of the study is monotherapy expansion groups for relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), AML/ myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and multiple myeloma (MM). Closed November 2020 Part 3 is a sequential, dose-escalation study of the combination of AZD5991 and venetoclax in subjects with relapsed/refractory AML
NCT01668784
The purpose of the study is to compare the clinical benefit, as measured by duration of overall survival, of Nivolumab vs. Everolimus in subjects with advanced or metastatic clear-cell renal cell carcinoma who have received prior anti-angiogenic therapy
NCT03090737
A study to evaluate the safety of Nivolumab in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer
NCT02267863
This study is being done to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of APTO-253 for the treatment of patients with the condition of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) for which either the standard treatment has failed, is no longer effective, or can no longer be administered safely or poses a risk for your general well being.
NCT04022876
This is a Phase 1b, multicenter, 2-part study of ALRN-6924 for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced side effects. Part 1 SCLC is an open-label, multicenter study of ALRN-6924 for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced side effects in patients with p53-mutated ED SCLC undergoing 2nd-line treatment with topotecan. (Part 1 has completed enrollment). Part 2 NSCLC is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study of ALRN-6924 for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced side effects in patients with p53-mutated advanced NSCLC of adenocarcinoma histology receiving 1st-line treatment with carboplatin plus pemetrexed with or without immunotherapy.
NCT05061940
The purpose of this study is to obtain archived tumor tissue or pre-existing antigen expression data from patients with Head and Neck, Cervical, Melanoma and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers to assess antigen expression and patient suitability for a Repertoire Immune Medicines Treatment Protocol.
NCT02657889
This Phase 1/2 study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination treatment with niraparib and pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in patients with advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer or recurrent ovarian cancer. (KEYNOTE-162)
NCT00864227
A bone marrow transplant, which is a type of stem cell transplant, is a treatment option for people with leukemia or lymphoma. Recently, stem cell transplants using umbilical cord blood have become a treatment option for people with these types of cancers. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of a stem cell transplant using umbilical cord blood, along with lower doses of chemotherapy, to treat people with leukemia or lymphoma.
