NCT00919269
The purpose of this study is to collect and store tumor tissue, blood, and bone marrow samples from patients with soft tissue sarcoma that will be tested in the laboratory. Collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, blood, and bone marrow from patients to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer.
NCT01000753
This research study is collecting and storing tissue samples from patients with rare or cutaneous non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Collecting and storing samples of tissue from patients with cancer to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.
NCT02864251
The main purpose of this study is to determine whether nivolumab + chemotherapy is effective as compared to chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with EGFR mutation, NSCLC who failed first line (1L) or second-line (2L) EGFR TKI therapy.
NCT02873338
This was an exploratory Phase 2, open label, randomized, multicenter, parallel group study to determine whether there was evidence that the addition of dociparstat (CX-01) at 2 different does levels to standard induction therapy (cytarabine+idarubicin, "7+3") and consolidation therapy had an additive therapeutic effect for subjects newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) when compared with subjects receiving standard induction chemotherapy alone.
NCT00993655
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, carboplatin, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving them in different ways may kill more tumor cells. It is not yet known which combination chemotherapy regimen is more effective in treating patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, and fallopian tube cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is comparing the side effects of three combination chemotherapy regimens and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage IIB, stage IIC, stage III, or stage IV ovarian epithelial cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer.
NCT02988817
The purpose of the trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to establish the safety profile of HuMax-AXL-ADC in a mixed population of patients with specified solid tumors
NCT00003861
This research trial studies molecular genetic features in blood and tissue samples from patients with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia or acute promyelocytic leukemia. Studying samples of blood and tissue from patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia or acute promyelocytic leukemia in the laboratory may help doctors identify and learn more about biomarkers related to cancer.
NCT03735628
The purpose of the dose escalation part of this study is to determine the feasibility of using the combination of copanlisib and nivolumab in subjects with advanced solid tumors, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose of copanlisib in combination with nivolumab. The maximum tolerated dose will then be used in Phase 2 (dose expansion) of the study.
NCT04950504
This study is a two-part Phase 1b/2a First-in-Human (FIH) randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of multiple ascending doses of CNP-201 in Part A, with the goal of identifying a safe and tolerable dose level to be evaluated further in a larger number of subjects in Part B.
NCT03302234
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of pembrolizumab given in combination with either ipilimumab or placebo as first-line treatment in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary hypothesis of this study is that overall survival (OS) and/or progression-free survival (PFS) is prolonged in participants who receive pembrolizumab and ipilimumab compared to those who receive pembrolizumab and placebo. With Amendment 6 (effective date: 11-Dec-2020), active participants, investigator, and sponsor personnel or delegate(s) involved in the treatment administration or clinical evaluation of the participants will be unblinded. Participants will discontinue ipilimumab and placebo and participants who remain on treatment will receive open-label pembrolizumab only.
NCT03953235
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the dose, safety, immunogenicity and early clinical activity of GRT-C903 and GRT-R904, a neoantigen-based therapeutic cancer vaccine, in combination with immune checkpoint blockade, in patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, microsatellite stable colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and shared neoantigen-positive tumors. Based on the Phase 1 data, an updated vaccine candidate (SLATE-KRAS or version 2) was developed that removed 16 of the 20 mutations included in the original vaccine (version 1) and solely targets KRAS mutations.
NCT05144334
This is a multicenter, open label, nonrandomized, sequential dose escalation, multiple dose study designed to evaluate the safety, toxicity, and pharmacokinetics (PK) as well as preliminary efficacy of BTX-1188 orally administered in subjects with advanced malignancies.
NCT02343952
This is an open label, multi-institutional, single arm phase II trial of consolidation therapy with pembrolizumab, following initial treatment with concurrent chemoradiation in patients with inoperable or unresectable stage IIIA or IIIB NSCLC. No randomization or blinding is involved.
NCT03224819
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of emerfetamab in adults with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and to estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a biologically active dose (eg, recommended phase 2 dose \[RP2D\]).
NCT03330405
Avelumab in combination with talazoparib will be investigated in patients with locally advanced (primary or recurrent) or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer, recurrent platinum sensitive ovarian cancer, urothelial cancer (UC), and castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC).
NCT03840915
The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of M7824 in combination with chemotherapy.
NCT02439450
This study will test whether vaccination with viagenpumatucel-L combined with strategies to modulate the immune response is safe for patients with non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma for incurable or metastatic disease.
NCT00900224
RATIONALE: Studying samples of tissue and blood from patients with cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in DNA and identify biomarkers related to cancer. PURPOSE: This research study is looking at tissue and blood samples from patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
NCT03565991
Avelumab in combination with talazoparib will be investigated in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a BRCA or ATM defect.
NCT05187910
This study will investigate if the performance on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is associated or predictive of the outcomes in voice, swallowing or upper airway therapy in the older laryngology treatment seeking patients. The relationship between the scores of MoCA and parameters in therapy will be analyzed. The outcomes of this study could potentially impact how investigators determine candidacy for therapy and develop patient treatment plans to meet their needs. This is a collaborative study with Emory Voice Center and the NYU Voice Center.
