NCT02654587
The aim of this clinical trial was to determine if the therapeutic cancer vaccine OSE2101 (TEDOPI) was more effective than standard chemotherapy (docetaxel or pemetrexed) in treating HLA-A2 positive patients with metastatic NSCLC who progressed after sequential or concurrent chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor given in first or second-line treatment. The main questions were to compare the survival, the tolerance to treatment and the quality of life of patients between the two arms of treatment (OSE2101 versus standard chemotherapy)

NCT01000753
This research study is collecting and storing tissue samples from patients with rare or cutaneous non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Collecting and storing samples of tissue from patients with cancer to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.
NCT03302234
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of pembrolizumab given in combination with either ipilimumab or placebo as first-line treatment in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary hypothesis of this study is that overall survival (OS) and/or progression-free survival (PFS) is prolonged in participants who receive pembrolizumab and ipilimumab compared to those who receive pembrolizumab and placebo. With Amendment 6 (effective date: 11-Dec-2020), active participants, investigator, and sponsor personnel or delegate(s) involved in the treatment administration or clinical evaluation of the participants will be unblinded. Participants will discontinue ipilimumab and placebo and participants who remain on treatment will receive open-label pembrolizumab only.
NCT02439450
This study will test whether vaccination with viagenpumatucel-L combined with strategies to modulate the immune response is safe for patients with non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma for incurable or metastatic disease.
NCT02873338
This was an exploratory Phase 2, open label, randomized, multicenter, parallel group study to determine whether there was evidence that the addition of dociparstat (CX-01) at 2 different does levels to standard induction therapy (cytarabine+idarubicin, "7+3") and consolidation therapy had an additive therapeutic effect for subjects newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) when compared with subjects receiving standard induction chemotherapy alone.
NCT03682770
Primary objective is to assess whether dupilumab as adjunct to AR101 compared to placebo improves desensitization at the completion of up-dosing, defined as an increase in the proportion of participants who pass a post up-dosing double-blind placebo-controlled food challenge (DBPCFC) at visit 16. Secondary objectives are: * To assess whether dupilumab as adjunct to AR101 compared to placebo improves desensitization at the completion of up-dosing, defined as an increase in the cumulative tolerated dose (log transformed) of peanut protein during a post up-dosing DBPCFC at visit 16 * To assess whether dupilumab as (indefinite \[continuously\]) adjunct to AR101 compared to placebo maintains desensitization, defined as an increase in the proportion of participants who pass a post maintenance DBPCFC at visit 22 * To assess whether dupilumab as (limited \[previously\]) adjunct to AR101 compared to placebo maintains desensitization, defined as an increase in the proportion of participants who pass a post maintenance DBPCFC at visit 22 * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of dupilumab as adjunct to AR101 compared to placebo * To assess the effect of dupilumab (compared to placebo) as adjunct to AR101 on the change in peanut-specific Immunoglobulin E (sIgE), Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4), and peanut-specific IgG4/IgE ratio * To assess if dupilumab increases the tolerability of AR101 as measured by the daily symptoms (electronic diary \[e-diary\]) during the up-dosing phase
NCT04025216
Multi-center, open-label, first in human Phase 1 study of the safety, tolerability, feasibility, and preliminary efficacy of the administration of genetically modified autologous T cells (CART-TnMUC1 cells) engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) capable of recognizing the tumor antigen, TnMUC1 and activating the T cell (CART- TnMUC1 cells).
NCT04950504
This study is a two-part Phase 1b/2a First-in-Human (FIH) randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of multiple ascending doses of CNP-201 in Part A, with the goal of identifying a safe and tolerable dose level to be evaluated further in a larger number of subjects in Part B.
NCT03224819
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of emerfetamab in adults with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and to estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a biologically active dose (eg, recommended phase 2 dose \[RP2D\]).
NCT01113697
The investigators are investigating the early and late responses to allergen challenge. The research participants who the investigators will study (from three cohorts) will be part of independently-approved studies involving allergen challenge. Due to the uniqueness of the cohorts for novel genetic study, it is logical that the investigators should initially undertake hypothesis-generating experiments. The investigators will obtain blood samples from the participants, both pre-challenge and post-challenge. The investigators will determine gene expression and protein differences between these samples, and investigate if there are inherited genetic differences between individuals that may predict their specific responses to allergens.
NCT02871856
People who may be at increased risk of lung cancer due to age and smoking history will be invited to participate in this international study to determine the best way of using computed tomography (CT) of the chest to screen for early lung cancer. Overseas data show that CT screening (screening tests can find diseases early, when they're easier to treat) can reduce deaths from lung cancer and this study will help determine who is most likely benefit from screening.
NCT01849874
The MILO Study (MEK Inhibitor in Low-grade Serous Ovarian Cancer) is a Phase 3 study during which patients with recurrent or persistent low-grade serous (LGS) carcinomas of the ovary, fallopian tube or primary peritoneum will receive either investigational study drug MEK162 or a chemotherapy chosen by the physician (liposomal doxorubicin, paclitaxel or topotecan). Patients will be followed to compare the effectiveness of the study drug to that of the selected chemotherapies. Patients may be eligible to crossover from physician's choice chemotherapy to MEK162 if they meet certain inclusion criteria including centrally confirmed disease progression. Approximately 360 patients from North America, Europe and Australia will be enrolled in this study.
NCT05933044
In the RELEVANCE study, we will develop a scalable electronic medical report data capture platform to collect and analyse real-world data in the stage III NSCLC population in Canada across several Canadian cancer centres. Subsequent analyses will examine treatment patterns and clinical outcomes, including overall survival, for these patients, stratified by durvalumab regimen or non-durvalumab regimen during the time of the PACIFIC Patient Support Program.
