NCT03809624
This is a first-in-human, open-label, nonrandomized, four-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 in combination with Pembrolizumab. INBRX-105, a next generation bispecific antibody, targets the human programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) receptor and the human 4-1BB receptor. INBRX-105 provides localized conditional T-cell co-stimulation through 4-1BB agonism.
NCT05215574
Study of NGM831 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Pembrolizumab or Pembrolizumab and NGM438 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
NCT01877655
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of ASP0113 compared with placebo as measured by a primary composite endpoint of overall mortality and CMV end organ disease (EOD) through 1 year post-transplant. Safety of ASP0113 in participants undergoing allogeneic HCT will also be evaluated.
NCT00285259
The purpose of this trial is to evaluate a CMV vaccine given to related donor/recipient pairs (donors prior to peripheral blood stem cell donation and CMV-seropositive recipients just before and after transplantation) and CMV-seropositive recipient-only subjects (related or unrelated) to determine incidence rates of CMV infection, disease, and other complications from immunosuppression and/or transplantation. The outcomes for the groups receiving CMV vaccine will be compared to the outcomes for the group that received the placebo vaccine to see if there is a clinical benefit. For this trial, donors and recipients must have matched HLA genotype (matched at 5/6 or 6/6 HLA loci).
NCT04913337
Study of NGM707 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumor Malignancies
NCT01413750
Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Vorinostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether giving carboplatin and paclitaxel together is more effective with or without vorinostat in treating non-small cell lung cancer.
NCT04795713
This will be a Phase 1 Open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of MT-6402 (an Engineered Toxin Body (ETB)) in subjects with advanced solid cancer that expresses PD-L1
NCT05532722
An open label, ascending dose study for adult subjects with T-cell Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia (T-LGLL)
NCT03447769
The primary purpose of the study was to compare the efficacy and safety of canakinumab versus placebo as adjuvant therapy in adult subjects with stages II -IIIA according to the 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC)/Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and the subset of IIIB (T\>5cm N2 disease) completely resected (R0) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT02009449
This is a first-in-human, open-label, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of pegilodecakin in participants with advanced solid tumors, dosed daily subcutaneously as a monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
NCT06034860
This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of MT-8421 (an Engineered Toxin Body (ETB)) as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab in patients with selected advanced solid cancer types. MT-8421 is an investigational drug that specifically targets and depletes cytotoxic T-lymphocytes-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) expressing cells in an effort to directly dismantle the tumor microenvironment for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors.
NCT03345485
Tinostamustine (EDO-S101) is a first-in-class alkylating deacetylase inhibitor designed to improve drug access to deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) strands, induce DNA damage and counteract its repair in cancer cells. The main purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of Tinostamustine in subjects with advanced solid tumours. Subjects will be given Tinostamustine via intravenous infusion on Days 1 and 15 of a 4-week cycle, the dose and infusion time will vary depending on the phase of the study.
NCT04965818
Phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the FGFRi futibatinib in combination with the MEKi binimetinib in patients with advanced KRASmt tumors.
NCT03191786
This Phase III, global, multicenter, open-label, randomized, controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 \[anti-PD-L1\] antibody) compared with a single agent chemotherapy regimen by investigator choice (vinorelbine or gemcitabine) in treatment-naïve participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who are deemed unsuitable for any platinum-doublet chemotherapy due to poor performance status (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group \[ECOG\] performance status of 2-3).
NCT04358458
The drug that will be investigated in the study is an antibody, GEN3009. Since this is the first study of GEN3009 in humans, the main purpose is to evaluate safety. Besides safety, the study will determine the recommended GEN3009 dose to be tested in a larger group of patients and assess preliminary clinical activity of GEN3009. GEN3009 will be studied in a broad group of cancer patients, having different kinds of lymphomas. All patients will get GEN3009 either as a single treatment (monotherapy) or in combination with another antibody-candidate for treatment of cancer in the blood. The study consists of two parts: Part 1 tests increasing doses of GEN3009 ("escalation"), followed by Part 2 which tests the recommended GEN3009 dose from Part 1 ("expansion").
NCT05012397
Phase 2, multicenter, single-arm, open-label basket study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of milademetan in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors refractory or intolerant to standard-of-care therapy that exhibit wild-type (WT) TP53 and MDM2 copy number (CN) ≥ 8 using prespecified biomarker criteria.
NCT03583086
This is a two-agent, open-label, non-randomized, Phase 1/2 dose escalation and dose expansion study of combinatorial oral vorolanib plus infusional nivolumab in patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer naïve to checkpoint inhibitor therapy, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer who have progressed on checkpoint inhibitor therapy, Small Cell Lung Cancer ( who have progressed on platinum-based chemotherapy, and thymic carcinoma.

NCT02270463
This is a non-randomized, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation study designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of SL-401 in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia, and to evaluate the safety profile of SL-401 at the MTD.
