This is a single-arm, multicenter, Phase 2 study of lenvatinib in combination with everolimus in participants with unresectable advanced or metastatic non clear cell renal cell carcinoma (nccRCC) who have not received any chemotherapy for advanced disease. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the objective response rate (ORR). This is an observational study in which patients with chronic kidney diseases (CKD), type 2 diabetes (T2D) or heart failure (HF) who are current or past users of sMRA therapies are studied. sMRA stands for steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists. CKD is a long-term, progressive decrease in the kidneys' ability to work properly. Type 2 diabetes is a condition in which the body does not make enough of a hormone called insulin or does not use insulin well resulting in high blood sugar levels. HF is a condition in which the heart does not pump blood as well as it should. The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) is a hormone system that works with the kidneys to control blood pressure and the balance of fluid and electrolytes (like salt) in the blood. The RAAS has been a treatment target of heart and kidney diseases for decades. One of these classes of medications is called mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) antagonists (MRAs). MRAs work to directly block the action of a hormone called aldosterone. Aldosterone is produced naturally by the adrenal glands, and it can increase the blood volume and blood pressure. Using MRAs therapies can help prevent strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems. Spironolactone was the first available MRA in the US with its approval in 1960. Eplerenone is another MRA which has been available since 2002. Both spironolactone and eplerenone are known as steroidal MRA (sMRA) due to their chemical structures. The main purpose of this study is to collect more data on the characteristics of patients who are taking sMRA currently and those who have discontinued sMRA therapy in the past 12 months. To do this, patients who have received sMRA in the most recent 12 months will be invited to participate in the study and asked to complete surveys if they agree to join the study. Patients will be found from administrative claims in a database called HealthCore Integrated Research Database (HIRD). And the other purposes of the study are to learn more about: * the indications for sMRA therapy * the frequency and symptoms of reported side effects of sMRA treatment * the treatment satisfaction and effectiveness as well as potential reasons for treatment continuation/discontinuation of sMRA therapies Besides this data collection, no further tests or examinations are planned in this study. The participants will receive their treatments as prescribed by their doctors during routine practice according to the approved product information. Researchers will look at the health information from adult men and women in the US only if applicable who are current/past users of sMRA therapies with diagnosis of CKD or T2D or HF, consent to participate in the study.

Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have chronic kidney disease (CKD), a long-term, progressive decrease in the kidneys' ability to work properly. When CKD happens in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus, a condition characterized by high blood sugar levels, CKD is also referred to as diabetic kidney disease (DKD). FIGARO-BM is an add-on study in which blood draws that were collected in the FIGARO-DKD study are further analyzed. No additional blood draws (also referred to as biological samples) or data will be obtained from the participants, nor will any additional or new study intervention be introduced. No visit or patient contact other than for obtaining the agreement by the patients (also called informed consent) will be required. Inflammation and scarring are both seen as responsible for worsening of chronic kidney disease. There is much information from animal studies that the study treatment finerenone (BAY94-8862) works against inflammation and against scarring (also called fibrosis) in organs such as the kidney. In this exploratory study researchers want to learn more about the study treatment finerenone (BAY94-8862). To find this out, this study will examine substances called biomarkers in blood draws from participants in the FIGARO-DKD study. Biomarkers are used as indicators of biological processes, disease processes or responses to medication. The biomarkers that will be examined stand for inflammation, organ scarring (also called fibrosis), blood vessel function and congestion. The main question of this study is whether there are differences between these biomarkers in the group of participants who received finerenone and the group of participants who received a placebo in the FIGARO-DKD study. A placebo looks like a treatment but does not have any medicine in it. To answer this question, the researchers will compare the levels of these biomarkers between the two groups at different time points after starting the study treatment. Blood samples for this study will be obtained from FIGARO-DKD study sites with a high number of participants who had been treated with finerenone or placebo for at least 24 months. This information will be combined with other information from biomarker examinations already available in the FIGARO-DKD study.

In this study researchers want to learn about the safety of drug Osocimab at lower-dose and higher-doses in adult participants with kidney disease undergoing regular dialysis (a procedure that uses a machine to get rid of toxins and extra fluids in the blood). Patients with kidney disease undergoing regular dialysis are at high risk for heart and blood vessels diseases. Osocimab is a human monoclonal antibody under development for the prevention of events caused by blood clots like heart attack, stroke and death due to heart or blood vessels diseases. It works by binding to and blocking the activated form of clotting factor XI which increases the formation and stability of clots. Researchers also want to find out how drug Osocimab works in human body and how the body absorbs, distributes and excretes the drug. Participants in this study will receive monthly injection of either Osocimab at a lower-dose or higher-dose or placebo (a placebo looks like a treatment but does not have any medicine in it). Both Osocimab and placebo will be injected into the tissue under the skin of the belly. Observation for each participant will last up to 23 months. Blood samples will be collected from the participants to monitor the safety and measure the blood level of the study drug.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of dalteparin when given together with sunitinib malate in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery. Anticoagulants, such as dalteparin, help prevent blood clots and have been shown to increase survival in patients with cancer. Anticoagulants may also prevent the formation of new blood vessels. Sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by inhibiting new blood vessels and blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving dalteparin together with sunitinib malate may starve tumors and kill more tumor cells.
