This phase II/III trial examines whether patients who have undergone surgical removal of bladder, kidney, ureter or urethra, but require an additional treatment called immunotherapy to help prevent their urinary tract (urothelial) cancer from coming back, can be identified by a blood test. Many types of tumors tend to lose cells or release different types of cellular products including their DNA which is referred to as circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) into the bloodstream before changes can be seen on scans. Health care providers can measure the level of ctDNA in blood or other bodily fluids to determine which patients are at higher risk for disease progression or relapse. In this study, a blood test is used to measure ctDNA and see if there is still cancer somewhere in the body after surgery and if giving a treatment will help eliminate the cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and relatlimab, can help the body's immune system to attack the cancer, and can interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help doctors determine if ctDNA measurement in blood can better identify patients that need additional treatment, if treatment with nivolumab prolongs patients' life and whether the additional immunotherapy treatment with relatlimab extends time without disease progression or prolongs life of urothelial cancer patients who have undergone surgical removal of their bladder, kidney, ureter or urethra.

Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called GEN1160 (PRO1160) in participants with solid tumors and blood cancers. Participants will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable) or relapsed or refractory to prior treatments. This Phase 1/2 study will have three parts. The dose escalation part of the study will find out how much and how frequently GEN1160 should be given to participants. The expansion Part A and expansion Part B will use the dose and schedule found in the dose escalation part to find out how safe GEN1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) in Escalation and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in expansion Part A and Part B.

This randomized phase III trial studies how well pazopanib hydrochloride works compared to placebo in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and have no evidence of disease after surgery. Pazopanib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor.

This study is open to adults with certain kidney conditions, including secondary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (sFSGS), treatment-resistant primary minimal change disease (TR-pMCD), Alport Syndrome (AS), and treatment-resistant primary membranous nephropathy (TR-pMN). Adolescents with treatment-resistant primary MCD can also participate in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 764198 helps people with these kidney conditions. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes BI 764198 tablets, and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like BI 764198 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet once a day for 20 weeks. All participants also continue their standard medication for their kidney condition during the study. Participants have twice the chance of being placed in the BI 764198 group than in the placebo group. Participants are in the study for about 7 months. During this time, they visit the study site 6 times and have 3 phone calls. Doctors regularly test the protein levels in participants' urine by collecting urine samples. They also check kidney function by taking blood samples. The results are compared between the two groups to see whether the treatment works. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

This is an observational study in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) who will be receiving finerenone. Kidneys filter extra water and waste out of the blood and make urine. CKD is a long-term, progressive, decrease in the kidneys' ability to filter the blood properly. In people with T2D, the body does not make enough of a hormone called insulin, or does not use insulin well enough, resulting in high blood sugar levels that can cause damage to the kidneys. As a result, CKD can occur as a complication of T2D. Finerenone works by blocking certain proteins, called mineralocorticoid receptors. An increased stimulation of these proteins is thought to damage the kidneys and the heart. By lowering their stimulation, finerenone reduces the risk of kidney disease progressively getting worse. Finerenone is available and approved for doctors to prescribe to people with CKD and T2D. Since it has only recently become available for these patients, there is a need for more information about the use of finerenone in the real-world setting. The main purpose of the study is to learn more about treatment patterns in people with CKD and T2D who just started or will start finerenone treatment as decided and prescribed by their doctor as part of their routine medical care. To answer this question, the researchers will collect data on: * Clinical characteristics (e.g., history of CKD and T2D, blood pressure, heart health) of the participants * Reasons for starting finerenone * Reasons for stopping finerenone early * How long participants have been taking finerenone (planned by their doctor compared to actual time it was taken) * Dosing of finerenone * Other medications used while taking finerenone The researchers will also collect data on medical problems (called adverse events) that the participants may have during the study. All adverse events are collected, even if they might not be related to the study treatment. Hyperkalemia, a medical term used to describe a potassium level in the blood that is higher than normal, is of special interest when finerenone is combined with some medications commonly taken to control blood pressure. Researchers want to know how often higher potassium levels occur, and when it leads to: * Stopping finerenone treatment too early * Dialysis (a medical procedure to filter the blood of extra water and waste) * Care in a hospital All data will come from medical records or from interviews study doctors will have with the participants during visits that take place during routine medical care. Participants in the US will be invited to provide voluntary blood and urine samples that could be analyzed later to better understand possible changes in protein or nucleic acid levels over time. Each participant will be in the study for 12 months. This time participating in the study may be shorter if their finerenone treatment is stopped early or the study comes to an end as planned in September 2027.

Cabozantinib s-malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving cabozantinib s-malate and nivolumab alone or with ipilimumab works better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors.

This study is open to adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) that is at risk of getting worse. People who have taken a specific type of medication for kidney disease called SGLT2 inhibitor within 1 month before the study or have certain health conditions cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, used in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, works in people with chronic kidney disease. In this study, participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. Participants have an equal chance of being assigned to either group. In one group, participants take the 2 study medicines, vicadrostat and empagliflozin, every day for 3 months. In the other group, participants take placebo and empagliflozin for the first 1.5 months, and then they take vicadrostat and empagliflozin together for the next 1.5 months. The study medicines are taken orally as tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants are in the study for about 4.5 months. During this time, they visit the study site multiple times. Doctors regularly test kidney function by measuring specific proteins in the blood and urine. The results are compared between the two groups to see whether there are differences between starting the study medicines at the same time or one after the other. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

The study evaluates the safety of different doses of a new medicine called NNC0519 0130. It also looks into how the medicine may improve kidney function in participants with chronic kidney disease with or without type 2 diabetes, living with overweight or obesity. The participants will either get NNC0519-0130 (a new medicine), semaglutide (a medicine that doctors can already prescribe), or placebo (a "dummy" substance). Which treatment the participant will get is decided by chance. The study will last for up to 43 weeks.

This study is testing a new medicine called PF-08634404 and how it works in adults with advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)- a type of kidney cancer that is either locally advanced (spread to nearby tissues) or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body). The study will look at the safety of the study medicine, when given alone or with other anticancer medicines, and how this type of cancer responds to them. To join the study, participants must be adults; with locally advanced or metastatic RCC; who have not received treatment for their advanced kidney cancer. Participants will receive study medicine either alone or with other anticancer medicines. The medicine will be given through intravenous (IV) infusions, which means it will be injected directly into a vein. All treatments will take place at clinical study sites, where trained medical staff will take care of participants during and after each visit.

Researchers want to learn if recurrent advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) responds (gets smaller or goes away) after treatment with belzutifan (MK-6482) and zanzalintinib compared to cabozantinib. The goal of this study is to learn if: People who take belzutifan and zanzalintinib live longer overall and without the cancer getting worse than people who take cabozantinib.
