This randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of RO4905417 in the prevention of saphenous vein graft disease in patients undergoing elective or urgent coronary artery bypass (CABG) surgery. Patients will be randomized to receive either RO4905417 20 mg/kg by intravenous infusion or placebo every 4 weeks for 32 weeks.

The investigators propose a single center prospective study that will assess two different strategies for measuring Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) in patients undergoing clinically-indicated coronary angiography in whom FFR measurement is indicated. FFR will be measured with a non-side hole guide catheter (with the guide catheter both engaged and disengaged from the coronary ostium) and with a side-hole guide catheter (with the guide catheter both engaged and disengaged from the coronary ostium) to determine, whether measurements obtained with an engaged side-hole guide catheter are more accurate as compared with those obtained with the engaged non-side hole catheter.

The TAXUS Libertē Post-Approval Study is an FDA-mandated prospective, multi-center study designed to collect real-world safety and clinical outcomes in approximately 4,200 patients receiving one or more TAXUS Liberté Paclitaxel-Eluting Stents and prasugrel as part of a dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) drug regimen. This study will also contribute patient data to an FDA-requested and industry-sponsored research study that will evaluate the optimal duration of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT Study).

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the short term efficacy and safety of tolvaptan in subjects hospitalized for worsening heart failure who have volume overload and one of the following: renal insufficiency, or hyponatremia or inadequate response to diuretic therapy. Radial artery access for cardiac catheterization can require multiple attempts. Multiple attempts increase the time required, patient discomfort, and the risk of arterial spasm. Ultrasound guidance has been shown in other studies to reduce the number of attempts and complications in central venous and femoral artery access. This study will test if the addition of ultrasound guidance reduces the number of attempts and time required to access the radial artery.

This study will evaluate the effect of ranolazine compared to placebo on the average weekly angina frequency in subjects with chronic stable angina and coronary artery disease (CAD) who have a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and whether ranolazine can reduce the frequency of angina (chest pain) attacks, compared to a placebo. Subjects will be asked to record their daily angina episodes in a diary at the end of each study day. Ranolazine is approved for the treatment of chronic angina, and is not approved for the treatment of T2DM.

Post-Marketing Observational study of Niaspan® tablet in accordance with each country regulations. This study will be conducted in a prospective, single-arm, multi-center format. As this study is observational in nature, the follow-up of subject's is not prescriptive in nature and is according to the judgment of the physician (investigator in the course of treatment for each patient), within the period of observation of 12 months. This includes an enrollment period of 6 months in which each subject will be observed for approximately 6 months. Examinations, diagnostic measures, findings and observations performed as per usual medical practice during the observation period will be recorded on Case Report Forms (CRFs) by the investigator or site staffs according to the protocol.
