The primary objective of the Outpatient Treatment with Anti-Coronavirus Immunoglobulin (OTAC) (INSIGHT 012) trial is to compare the safety and efficacy of a single infusion of anti-COVID-19 hyperimmune intravenous immunoglobulin (hIVIG) versus placebo among adults with recently diagnosed severe acute respiratory syndrome - coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) infection who do not require hospitalization. The primary endpoint of this double-blind randomized trial is a five-category ordinal outcome that assesses the participant's clinical status seven days after the infusion of hIVIG or placebo. 1. Asymptomatic and no limitations in usual activity due to COVID-19 2. Mild COVID-19 illness or minor limitations to usual activity 3. Moderate COVID-19 illness and with major limitations to usual activity 4. Severe COVID-19 or serious disease manifestation from COVID-19 5. Critical illness from COVID-19 or Death Two strata of participants will be identified for analysis purposes. Stratum 2 will be participants who receive direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) or other anti-SARS-CoV2 agents that are approved/available and recommended for use as part of standard of care (SOC), estimated to be about 20% of participants. Stratum 1 will be participants who do not receive this agents, estimated to be about 80% of participants.

Long COVID is a condition where debilitating symptoms can persist for months after a COVID-19 infection. This study aims to evaluate the effects of NE3107 on several neurological symptoms reported in people with Long COVID including difficulty concentrating or remembering things ("brain fog") and fatigue. Researchers will compare NE3107 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if NE3107 works to treat neurocognitive and fatigue symptoms of long COVID. Participants will: * Take NE3107 or a placebo twice daily for 84 days * Visit the clinic 5 times for checkups and tests and have a follow up phone call

The purpose of this study is to describe the long-term health effects of COVID-19 in a population of mostly Black and Latinx individuals and their households who were diagnosed with COVID-19 at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. In New York, the upper Manhattan and south Bronx communities neighboring Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) have been two of the most impacted communities of the COVID-19 pandemic. These neighborhoods are predominantly non-Hispanic black or African American and Latinx. This study will invite people who tested positive for COVID-19 and/or were treated at Columbia University Irving Medical Center to: 1) take a survey to ask about current symptoms and any health problems and 2) ask permission to review COVID-related health history including COVID-19 testing results (from the medical record) since infection to learn about health effects after COVID-19 infection; 3) invite anyone in their household to take a survey; and 4) for up to 500 patients who were hospitalized for COVID, give the option of doing a nasal swab to test for SARS-CoV-2 virus and blood test to check for antibody up to 12 months after diagnosis, to compare how results are different 12 months after infection. The goal is to learn about how the severity of person's infection in 2020 influences long term health effects and how others in their household are impacted by COVID-19.

The Harnessing Optimism and Perseverance in the Face of Long COVID (HOPE-LC) program, created by Drs. Eric Watson and Amelia Hicks, is a group therapy model designed to foster resilience, adjustment, and coping skills for those living with chronic Long COVID. HOPE-LC\~Español provides a culturally and linguistically adapted version for Spanish-speaking individuals in Queens, developed with input from Spanish-speaking clinicians, Long COVID experts, and people with lived experience. Partnering with H+H/Elmhurst and H+H/Queens, the project aims to recruit 25 participants and evaluate program feasibility and preliminary efficacy.

This two-year project will adapt and conduct a trial examining the ability of two recruitment strategies, chain-referral and credible messenger, to reach those who use opioids and other substances in order to increase their uptake of onsite point of care COVID-19 testing that will be delivered in two community based organizations (CBOs): Alliance for Positive Change and Argus Health Inc. In Phase 1, Adapt two implementation strategies to support COVID-19 testing uptake and sustainability, adapting elements of existing efficacious social network-based interventions via a CBPR approach. In Phase 2, we will examine and compare the efficacy of two sets of implementation strategies on (i) reach, (ii) testing uptake, (iii) service delivery (i.e. quarantine, medical care, contact tracing) and (iv) sustainability for individuals who use opioids and other drugs. In Phase 3, Elucidate and compare the system/organizational-, staff-, and individual-level factors that influence implementation (i.e. fidelity, acceptability, feasibility, sustainability) of the strategies to develop a plan for dissemination and scale-up in other CBOs who serve opioid and other substance using individuals in NYC.

The main purpose of this study is to understand: * the symptoms of COVID-19 or influenza- health-related outcomes of people with COVID-19 or influenza (influenza only included in updated study analyses) * the potential effects of COVID-19 vaccines in people with COVID-19 This study will enroll participants who are: * 18 years or older * reported to have symptoms with tests that have confirmed illness. The tests can be taken at any of CVS pharmacy COVID-19 or influenza test sites. The study will collect vaccine history information from participants who are ready to take part in the study. Participant will be emailed a form with questions about their health related to COVID-19 or influenza during multiple follow-ups over a 6-month period.

Long COVID (LC) affects an estimated 5-10% of individuals with SARS-CoV-2 causing a persistent physical, cognitive, and functional impairment with potentially severe socioeconomic consequences. While RECOVER-Adult cycle 1 established the largest, most comprehensive U.S. adult LC cohort (14,730 participants), key questions remain about long-term disease trajectories, biological mechanisms, and late-emerging complications. RECOVER-Adult cycle 2 will follow selected participants for two years each, focusing on neurocognitive, cardiopulmonary and infection-associated chronic conditions (IACC) such as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and autonomic dysfunction. Using a case-cohort design, the study will investigate disease persistence versus resolution, biological mechanisms, and onset of new chronic illnesses, generating critical insights to guide prevention, treatment, and public health policy.

The trial will test if two repurposed HIV antivirals can reduce symptom burden in adult participants with Long Covid compared to placebo. Viral infection and viral reactivation have been documented in Long Covid. Participants will be randomly allocated to receive antivirals, Truvada (tenofovir disoproxil/emtricitabine, TDF/FTC, Group 1) or Selzentry (Group 2), or a placebo (pill) (Group 3), taken daily for 90 days.

The main purpose of this study is to test an investigational drug known as VYD2311, which is being developed to lower the risk of getting COVID-19. VYD2311 is a monoclonal antibody that attaches to the virus that causes COVID-19 and helps block it from entering your cells. It is being tested in adults and adolescents at least 12 years old. Participants in this study will be given a "study drug" that will be either VYD2311 or placebo. The study drug will be given as a shot into the muscle in the participant's upper thigh or upper arm once a month with a total of 3 shots during the study. This study will help researchers see how well VYD2311 works to prevent COVID-19 during the 90 days after the first shot. The study will also look at the safety and tolerability of VYD2311, how the study drug is processed by the body (pharmacokinetics), how the immune system reacts to the study drug (immunogenicity), and how well VYD2311 can block the virus from infecting cells (neutralization). To do these tests, your blood will be drawn at certain times during the study.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, extent of the side effects, and immune responses of the study vaccine (called variant-adapted BNT162b2 RNA-based vaccine) in healthy children. The trial is divided into 5 individual studies or substudies based on age group and prior history of COVID-19 vaccinations. All participants in each of the 5 sub-studies will receive study vaccine as a shot depending on what group they are in. * Substudy A design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 4 years 3 months of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naïve) and will receive 3 doses of study vaccine as their initial series, followed by a fourth dose of study vaccine. Phase 2/3 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive 1, 2, or 3 doses of study vaccine, depending on what group they are in. * Substudy B design: includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have either received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy C design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have received 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their fourth dose. * Substudy D design: includes participants 5 through less than12 years of age who have received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy E design: includes participants 5 through less than 12 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive a single dose of study vaccine.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive ibuzatrelvir or matching placebo orally for 5 days. Co-administration of locally available standard of care is allowed. The total duration of the study is around 6 months.

Low doses of radiation in the form of chest x-rays has been in the past to treat people with pneumonia. This treatment was thought to reduce inflammation and was found to be effective without side effects. However, it was an expensive treatment and was eventually replaced with less expensive treatment options like penicillin. The COVID-19 virus has emerged recently, causing high rates of pneumonia in people. The authors believe that giving a small dose of radiation to the lungs may reduce inflammation and neutralize the pneumonia caused by COVID-19. For this study, the x-ray given is called radiation therapy. Radiation therapy uses high-energy X-ray beams from a large machine to target the lungs and reduce inflammation. Usually, it is given at much higher doses to treat cancers. The purpose of this study is to find out if adding a single treatment of low-dose x-rays to the lungs might reduce the amount of inflammation in the lungs from COVID-19 infection, which could reduce the need for a ventilator or breathing tube.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of an updated vaccine against COVID-19, called BNT162b2 (2025/2026 formulation). This study is seeking participants 5 through 11 years of age who: * have at least 1 underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19, * and are medically stable. All participants in this study will receive 1 vaccine dose given in the muscle of their arm of a BNT162b2 (2025/2026 formulation) vaccine which targets the COVID-19 virus, specifically the strain selected for the 2025-2026 COVID-19 viral respiratory season. Participants will take part in this study for about 6 months and will need to visit the clinical study site at least 2 times.
