Women with breast cancer often develop metastases in the brain. Currently, treatment of these metastases is difficult and relies on radiotherapy or surgery which often fail. Therefore, development of new methods of treatment for breast cancer with brain metastasis is very important. T-DM1 is a drug that is already in everyday use for a specific type of breast cancer called HER2-positive breast cancer. The Purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of using image guidance and four-dimensional computed tomography to reduce the volume of non target breast tissue that is treated with accelerated partial breast irradiation via the external beam technique.

This is a Phase I, open label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of INO-1400 or INO-1401 alone or in combination with INO-9012, delivered by electroporation in subjects with high-risk solid tumor cancer with no evidence of disease after surgery and standard therapy. Subjects will be enrolled into one of ten treatment arms. Subjects will be assessed according to standard of care. Restaging and imaging studies will be performed to assess disease relapse per NCCN guidelines. RECIST will be used to validate the findings in cases of relapse.
