The objective of this study is to compare the curative effects in patients under the age of 35 with hormone receptor positive breast cancer and high recurrent risk factors including large tumor or metastatic lymph nodes randomized to ovarian function suppression (OFS) plus aromatase inhibitors or OFS plus tamoxifen as adjuvant endocrine therapy, and explore the differences of curative effects between different subtypes to provide direct evidence for treatments of young breast cancer patients.

Cancer survival rates have improved significantly over the past decades and patients now experience a number of side effects including cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI): problems with memory, executive function, attention, and difficulties performing two tasks at the same time. The frequency of CRCI in cancer patients is estimated to be between 10 to 40%, and more than 50% of patients describe difficulties in their daily life. These cognitive difficulties negatively impact the patient's quality of life as well as that of their family, and can also have negative consequences for their social and professional reintegration once cancer treatment is finished. Despite an increasing number of studies on CRCI, a standard of care for patients with CRCI after breast cancer is yet to be established. In the absence of clear directives, and in an attempt to respond to the increasing demand to provide care for breast cancer patients with CRCI, physical medicine and rehabilitation units in France have started providing day-hospital multidisciplinary interventions. The objective of this project is to use the single case experimental design method to investigate the efficacy of two such rehabilitation programs: a group-based program and a one-on-one program.

This is a phase IV, prospective, multicenter, non-interventional study (regulatory post-marketing surveillance) in approximately 500 patients who are to receive Kadcyla (trastuzumab emtansine). Patients administered Kadcyla infusion at physician's discretion will be registered for this surveillance in Korea. Patients will be asked to provide informed consent; data will be collected by electronic Case Report Forms for approximately 8 years.

This study aims to identify key benefits and harms of integrating risk stratification (the BC-Predict intervention) into the NHS Breast Screening Programme. A non-randomised fully counterbalanced study design will be used, whereby women from screening sites will be offered usual NHS Breast Screening Programme or BC-Predict for an eight month period, followed by a cross-over point where women at each site will be offered the other invention during an eight month period.

This study will evaluate the effect of bevacizumab in combination with chemotherapy or endocrine therapy, as preoperative treatment, in participants with HER2 negative breast cancer. Participants will be randomized to receive either chemotherapy (FEC100: Epirubicine 100 milligrams per square meter \[mg/m\^2\], 5-fluorouracil 600 mg/m\^2, and cyclophosphamide 600 mg/m\^2\] for 12 weeks followed by taxane (paclitaxel/docetaxel) for 12 weeks or endocrine therapy (an aromatase inhibitor\] daily for 24 weeks) with or without bevacizumab (15 milligrams per kilogram \[mg/kg\] as intravenous \[IV\] infusion every 3 weeks up 24 weeks).

This phase II trial studies how well carbon dioxide fractional (CO2RE) laser works in treating participants with stage 0-III hormone receptor-positive breast cancer with vulvovaginal atrophy associated with dryness, inflammation or thinning of the epithelial lining of the vulva and vagina. CO2RE laser is a device that delivers controlled CO2 energy to the vaginal tissue and may help treat vaginal symptoms such as itching, burning, painful sexual intercourse, thickened or thin skin of the vulva, and stinging.

This is a single institution, prospective screening trial of women at high risk for developing breast cancer, enriched with women with suspicious lesions on breast MRI which have been recommended for biopsy. Primary Aim: Measure and compare the diagnostic performance of CESM, ABMR, and standard breast MRI, using the following performance measures: cancer detection rate (CDR), biopsy rate, and cancer yield of biopsy (also known as positive predictive value 3 or PPV3). Secondary Aims: 1. Compare screening performance outcome measures of sensitivity, specificity, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) for CESM, ABMR, and standard breast MRI. This will determine the feasibility of each modality as an alternative to standard breast MRI and provide valuable pilot data for designing a larger clinical trial to evaluate non-inferiority of either or both modalities. 2. Breast cancer characteristics (size, histologic subtype, node-positivity, AJCC stage) will be assessed in the overall cohort, and stratified by mode of detection for each modality(screen-detected versus interval).

This early phase I trial studies the side effects and feasibility of cryoablation, atezolizumab, and nab-paclitaxel in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Cryosurgery, also known as cryoablation or cryotherapy, kills tumor cells by freezing them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving cryoablation, atezolizumab and nab-paclitaxel may improve response to the disease.

With the HOBBIT trial, the investigators want to develop a technology that allows volunteers to hold their breath for a long time. This technique will then be taught to patients with breast cancer to be able to hold their breath long-term during the irradiation. After all, research has shown that the heart is in a better position when the patient enters her breath after a deep inhalation, as a result of which there is less unwanted radiation of the heart. To develop this technique the investigators use healthy volunteers, who are asked several times to hold their breath as long as comfortable. Before the respiratory arrest the investigators allow these volunteers to hyperventilate, administer oxygen and cause hyperinflation of the lungs. The volunteers come back four times, on four consecutive days. The first day they receive a short training. Afterwards oxygen is administered for a few minutes while the volunteers are asked to hyperventilate. Afterwards, by using the learned technique, they must hold their breath for as long as possible, comfortably. They should hold their breath 3 times in total with a short break in between. The following days there is always a change in the preparation protocol, compared to the previous study. Different parameters in the protocol will be changed for different groups of volunteers, this is based on randomization. In this way the effect of different parameters in the preparation of the AHS can be investigated. The investigators will use this information to develop a new protocol for extending the duration of breathing to two minutes and thirty seconds for use during radiotherapy treatment. The method for finding the optimal technique is iterative optimization. This method follows a process of development, testing, feedback and redevelopment cycles. Iteratively, these cycles of development use the prior research to further elaborate the most promising discoveries and drop paths that do not produce the desired result. During the development The investigators listen to the input of different people: doctors, nurses, support staff, engineers and the participants, to guarantee the usability of the technique on the radiotherapy device. Once the researchers think they have found a solution that meets all the conditions, a group of untrained volunteers are asked to implement the technique. With this the investigators validate the technique for later use in breast cancer patients.

The purpose of this research study is to determine how feasible and accurate identifying and removing specific lymph nodes in the axilla (armpit) after neoadjuvant systemic therapy is when patients present with breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes in the axilla. The specific lymph nodes removed would be determined at the time of diagnosis. If a biopsy proves that cancer has spread to a lymph node, a titanium clip will placed in it to mark it for future removal. That lymph node will be removed after systemic therapy and compared with the rest of the lymph nodes removed from that region.

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Treating a patient's T cells in the laboratory may help the T cells kill more tumor cells when they are put back in the body. Giving laboratory-treated T cells after chemotherapy may be an effective treatment for breast cancer. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving laboratory-treated T cells after second-line chemotherapy works in treating patients with HER2/neu-negative metastatic breast cancer.
