A prospective cohort study will be conducted to compare the predictive accuracy of the cerebroplacental ratio (CPR) and the amniotic-umbilical-to-cerebral ratio (AUCR) for composite adverse perinatal outcomes among women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.

Women aged 18-40 years, inclusive.
Singleton viable pregnancy.
Gestational age ≥32 weeks.
Pregnancy complicated by a hypertensive disorder.
Women who provide written informed consent.

Multiple gestation.
Fetuses with known chromosomal or major congenital anomalies.
Maternal diseases likely to independently affect fetal circulation or perinatal outcome, such as significant cardiac disease or other major systemic diseases.
