Based on the data obtained from the dose-escalation phase of the Phase I clinical trial, the safety profile of each dose cohort will be determined. The efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic characteristics will be further evaluated during the dose-expansion phase, thereby providing a basis for establishing the recommended dose for subsequent clinical trials.
