Inclusion Criteria

•1. Age 18 or older
•2. Patient scheduled for elective or emergency surgery under general or regional anaesthesia
•3. Able to read and understand Ukrainian

Exclusion Criteria

•1. Patient unable or unwilling to provide informed consent
•2. Any severe preexisting medical condition or cognitive impairment that limits objective assessment after operation
•3. Known substance use disorder associated with cognitive impairment
•Withdrawal criteria
•1\. Presence of life-threatening post-operative complications
