Exclusion Criteria

• •Preoperative tumor radiotherapy or chemotherapy
• •Immune or endocrine disorders
• •Hepatic or renal dysfunction
• •Preoperative corticosteroid use
• •Recent respiratory infection or chronic lung disease
• •Sick sinus syndrome or atrioventricular block
• •Preoperative anemia (hemoglobin \< 90 g/L)
