This is a prospective, multi-center, single-arm study designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of the BD Liverty™ TIPS Stent Graft for the treatment of the complications of portal hypertension. Safety and effectiveness measures for subjects receiving the BD Liverty™ TIPS Stent Graft will be compared to a Performance Goal (PG) derived from published literature.
