Syndromic obesity
Evidence of liver disease of other causes (viral, auto-immune, genetic)
Average daily alcohol consumption of \>20g/day
Unvalid screening Fibroscan
Treatment with drugs which can induce liver steatosis or fibrosis (e.g. systemic corticosteroids, methotrexate)
