History of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's Syndrome or Psoriatic Arthritis.
You may not be if
beginning, or end, of an hydroxychloroquine treatment between Jan 1, 2020 and day of the phone call.
