Inclusion Criteria

•over two years old
•open reduction and acetabular osteotomy
•diagnosed as developmental dysplasia of the hip

Exclusion Criteria

•a previous history of DDH surgery
•teratologic dislocations
•cerebral palsy
•other spastic or neuromuscular disease
