Exclusion Criteria

• •Prior surgical treatment for this diagnosis.
• •Undergone neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
• •History of prior chest radiation therapy.
• •Known metastatic disease.
• •Pregnant.
• •Preference for mastectomy instead of breast-conserving surgery.
• •History of ipsilateral breast cancer.
• •Goggle assessment substudy: Iodine or seafood allergies.
