* Length of time between insertion and use of HeRO Graft

* Incidence of infections and other adverse event occurrence
* Mortality
* Hemoglobin
* Kt/V
* pre-dialysis blood pressure
* post-dialysis blood pressure
* blood flow rate and
* dialysis flow rate
